I paired it with a Cherry Limeade, which hit the spot on a warm Oklahoma afternoon. My wife chose the Italian Hoagie, served warm, and she thoroughly enjoyed it. It was loaded with meat, fresh toppings, and had great flavor. The restaurant itself is simple and unpretentious--a true small-town sandwich shop. The service was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel like locals even though it was our first visit. While I wouldn't quite rate it a full five stars, it's a very solid 4-star stop. It's only open a few hours a day and looks like it's been there, in the same exact spot since before Teddy Ruxpins existed. Exactly my kind of burger joint for lunch when on the road!!!!
