Kelly from Colorado Kit Company threatened to keep and commandeer my deposit (nearly $100 dollars with tax and shipping even though you have to pick it up yourself) in addition to forcing the entire cost (valued at over $210, in her opinion) of the kit to my credit card because I could not return her kit within her required 24 hour window due to a winter storm blizzard here in Colorado last winter in 2016 that left roads hazardous and deadly to commute in for over 72 hours. After having returned the kit, Kelly from Colorado Kit Co. continued to harass me because her kit was lacking a total of two or three hair clips, 4 duck bill clips, one empty 2oz plastic bottle, and one miniature spray bottle. All of which retail for one single dollar at any retail store, even though Kelly from the Colorado Kit Co threatened, again, to charge me for the cost of the entire kit (over $210 plus shipping plus tax.) The kit is filled with low grade items that any cosmetologist, Esthetician, barber, or hairstylist, should already have an abundance of either at beauty school, in their own professional kit, or from their peers and cohorts. It's a 50/50 shot you'll need it again to re-take the exam, in all reality, and Colorado Kit Co charges $50 plus tax plus shipping for a refill for any exam re-takes. Do yourself a favor and make your own kit since it costs much much less than a rental and so you know it during the state boards, front to back, inside and out.

One of the nicest recreational facilities I've ever been in and a huge stadium (Laramie almost doubles in population during the football games). Yes, it does get below 0 in the winter and boy does that wind blow, but I would rather have winter there than some of the other places I have lived. Free movies on Friday nights in the union and multiple ways to get involved from religious activities to rodeo teams to swing dances on Thursday nights, and big name concerts such as Josh Turner and Brett Eldredge. College town prices in a drinking town. The engineering building is in quite a need of upgrade (feeling more like a dungeon to me), but has great views. One thing I considered before attending here was the small size (which is good if you want more one on one attention with your advisors but bad if your department is a little more clique-y). Another benefit of that was that grad students always got to do some kind of field project or be able to collect their own research. Having the King Air was a huge benefit. It was a tough program, but I'm lucky to have an advisor that didn't give up on me. One thing I didn't appreciate was the greed of the university officials. Here, one of my officemates was not funded for his PhD and my other officemate was not paid for her last semester and had to find an outside job. Meanwhile, they were still bringing in new students to the department and building a shiny new engineering building across the street. While I didn't fully appreciate it while I was there, I find myself missing those open skies and Wyoming sunsets. (And I'm happy to say that I finished grad school debt free because of this university) And P.S., that cowboy logo is everywhere, and I mean EVERYWHERE

My review also incorporates my liking of War Memorial Stadium and the field house (where we went to tailgate). Wish I had more time to visit the campus but time was limited. Go WYO!

I do not recommend IBMC Greeley for any program yet alone the paralegal program they offer. The…read moreparalegal program seriously lacks support, structure, and proper oversight. It needs a full review and overhaul. The school's director, Darla, and Chad are dismissive and defensive when students try to bring up concerns. Rather than addressing issues or showing leadership, they act like accountability is an attack. The school is terrible at communication. Class schedules change with no warning, especially for night students. No clear information is given about graduation, class standards, or even who is teaching what class. It's unprofessional and frustrating. IBMC Greeley talks a big game, but they don't deliver. I would not recommend this program to anyone looking to actually grow and succeed in the legal field.

The girl who did my highlights had no clue what she was doing. She did have a teacher there with her but she seemed to know even less. My hair is a disaster to say the least and an actual colorist is going to have to fix it. Most of the students were spending their time drawing on their mirrors and not actually doing anything hair or class related. There was even a girl wearing a vest that showed a woman sucking on Satan's finger. It was very disturbing and not appropriate for the environment. After leaving my my hair disaster, I did some research on the college and they only have a 56% graduation rate. I can't imagine why. Stay away

I was forced to take nearly 3 weeks off in the middle of my training. The excuse is that they didn't have instructors. I had five instructors in as many weeks... Most of whom were mediocre at best. I can't say that I had one good instructor but I only got to spend one day with him. No surprise that when I took my test after taking a week and a half off in between I failed. Then I rescheduled my test had to wait 2 1/2 weeks and it was only given one hour to brush up on my skills before I failed the second time last night. They contacted me to let me know that they had dropped me from their program! Unbelievable! This has been a terrible experience from day one and now I am left out in the cold to try and find a truck that I can test with on my own. Mind you I am cash pay and they offer no assistance in this regard at all. I cannot emphasize this enough... Do not do business with this company. I've never seen an operation run so poorly in my life. Terrible terrible. Terrible.
