Queso fries, chicken tenders, spinach dip

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy! We were quoted a 45 minute wait but only waited 20 minutes. Our party of 9 was sat at 2 booths across from each other. Our server promptly took our drink and appetizer orders. The croissant were bought out and were really good. zour food was served hot and was really good. The best think was my chicken fried chicken with white gravy. Overall good food and service.

UPDATE. Cheddar's contacted me and apologized for the issues. They also sent me a gift card. I will return to this restaurant to use my gift card. Hopefully all is better inside bc the food is SO GOOD!

So sad to see. Very dirt.

Visited Cheddar's in Little Rock and it was extremely disappointing. The bar top was filthy, tables needed attention, and the overall atmosphere felt completely unorganized. What made it worse was seeing three managers standing around while the restaurant looked like a mess. As customers, we don't care about hearing that an Uber driver got free food or employee conversations -- we care about good service and a clean place to eat. The entire experience felt chaotic and poorly managed. Definitely not the level of service we expected.

The food was great! Loved the rolls you get before your meal. Service was ok but all the food was delicious! Ambience was like a regular restaurant. They had a neat fish tank inside as well

Cheap food, and the quality definitely matches. Don't go in here looking for anything fabulous.

It was good overall. Service was great, coffee was great, food was okay. The cinnamon roll was…read moreterrible in my opinion. It was made from biscuit dough instead of yeast dough. The cinnamon is not from Sri Lanka, the sweet kind, it's Chinese, the bitter kind. They brought various toppings for my biscuit, which I asked for and was very grateful for because I didn't know what I liked. Apple butter? Real butter? Strawberry? Raspberry? Something else? I enjoyed tasting them all. The drinks were OK. Our party had an old-fashioned something or other, it was way way too sweet. Someone else had a mimosa with fresh squeezed orange juice and somebody else had a bloody Mary and it was so so. So this place is not made for breakfast alcohol beverages. Parking was uncomfortable. I want to see my bill before I pay for it. Don't give me a total without me being able to see what's on the bill and that was very awkward and uncomfortable.

We had a brand new waitress in training and she was as sweet as can be and the woman training her was also great! We got the Southern Style Bennie, Pancake stack with chocolate chips, a side of bacon, OJ and the Sweet Harmony Latte. Everything was great! The pancackes were fluffy and big, the biscuit delicious, the gravy nice and flavorful and that latte - oh my! My kid is also still talking about that side of bacon! Nice and thick, perfectly cooked. All bacon is now compared to that bacon. lol. Highly recommend this place. If we lived in the area we'd be regulars for sure!

We came about an hour before closing so some items were sold out like the Mac n cheese. I wanted to try the oxtail, but I guess they sell that on Mondays. I opted for chicken instead. We waited in the dining area with plenty of seating and our order was ready with 10 minutes. The fried chicken wings, baked chicken with dressing, collard greens, and cabbage were so flavorful and hit the spot! The cornbread was a bit dry and the fries were extra crispy. I'd come back for more of this southern home cooking!

I wanna hug whoever made that chicken and dressing. It's the best I ever had. It was silky, fluffy, herby, savory, just everything you want in the dish. I'm certain that the gravy and dressing was made from scratch chicken broth. The price wasn't bad as the portion was enough for two servings. I got double mashed potato because they were out of greens (they must be THAT good). I got fried pork chop for my husband (not pictured) and he absolutely loved it. Will return again, for sure!

The flavors are rich, everything is seasoned with care, and clearly made by folks who love what they do. You can actually taste the intention in the food. I've tasted the chick'n spaghetti, cauliflower wings, and vegan shrimp. Each time, I'm licking the plate lol The vegan shrimp is my absolute favorite! The Mac & cheese, yams, and greens are all delicious too so sometimes it's hard to choose. Just know you gotta top it off with the spirulina drink. But it's not just about the food (though the food is bomb.com). The customer service is top tier and the whole damn place is just a vibe--from the energy when you walk in, to the little free library shelf tucked right next to the counter like an altar for knowledge and community care. I always leave here in a good mood. That right there tells you everything you need to know! This isn't just a restaurant, it's a staple in the community and I'm glad this business exists. Kudos to the H.O.M.E. for creating a place that feeds you on every level--body, mind & spirit. I'm already plotting my next visit.
