Steak and grilled shrimp, Loaded baked potato
Gabriel D.

I ordered the 6 oz steak and grilled Shrimp with a loaded baked potato and ceaser salad. They give you a croissant and mad is it good! Service is good and ambiance is good for a casual spot or date night. Grilled shrimp brings a chili sauce that's good as well. I will be back

This was the first time we had been in the Port Charlotte. Very nice decor, huge fish take by entrance with fresh water chilids. Was very clean inside. Our waiter was very nice and answered any of our questions we had. We received 2 complimentary honey butter croissants. They were good, but a little sweet for my taste. We ordered fried chicken strips with a steak $19.99, and I had the key west chicken and shrimp $15.49. Food came out fast. Was very good. As my sides I had steamed broccoli and rice and beans, both were good. The shrimp were a little overcooked and dry, but were ok. It's worth a try.

Been here couple times now. Really like the place. Food is very good and the service is good also. Menu selection is varied. Food really must be scratch as it is fresh and delicious. My daughter's like to go here, so I guess I'll be going some more.

Excellent food, great service by Joe.. I forget about this place. Really enjoyed my lunch in a laid back relaxed atmosphere.. Loved the Sangria... Ribs fell of the bone ( sampled some of my husbands lunch). Fresh salads , complimentary bread was luscious... Gotta go

Cheddars is always great for a family on a budget. They give great portions and their food is genuinely tasty. We ordered a variety of food and our server was quick and attentive. They also gave great drink specials like $5 Tito's and more. Would definitely recommend.

well, I didn't have the best experience, but it was definitely not the worst. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice. my husband, I ordered the full slab of ribs and overall they were good. There was some dry spots, but it still wasn't bad. I would order them again. The service wasn't as good however. Water is not refilled, condiments not brought to the table, but the normal, where they try to make up at the end of the meal by saying something nice. It was a little bit too late for us. We did tip we always do no matter what, but it was a standard, 15% and we were a little grouchy about it. Will we go back, absolutely! You always want to give somebody a second chance to make a good first impression.

Nice view while waiting for a table.

The restaurant reminds me of an olive garden. Wait time was about 25 min at 830pm, party of 5. Sat us at a booth n Steven waited on us. He provided excellent service. Lightly frosted croissants was brought out to us. I ordered the chicken pot pie (looked good on the menu) with a caesar salad and a blue moon. My food was good, just the right amount of chicken. Everyone was blah about their food. I would certainly go again. I didn't know they had one in my neighborhood.

We went to Cheddar's for an early dinner on Sunday night and we're seated immediately. Parker was our server, and he went over and above to provide excellent service through out our meal! The warm croissants with honey butter were a great start to the meal, and we shared the coconut shrimp appetizer. It was tasty but a small serving for $10. On the other hand, the meal portions were very large! I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrappers, and it was basically two full wraps! The others I was with ordered the salmon and the chicken pot pie, and we all had leftovers for lunch the next day.

The mashed potatoes and gravy were also just what I was looking for. The other side I chose was corn fritters - just ok but perfectly fine, although more batter to corn ratio would have made them more desirable. Hubby had the chicken fried chicken and he loved it and his sides of potatoes and mac n cheese. Our family had fried chicken and they thought it was crispy outside, fried well and juicy inside. They also ordered a grilled ham and cheese with a side salad. Didn't get a ton of feedback on the meal but the plate was pretty well cleaned off when we got up! Our waitress was fast, efficient and really sweet. She quickly brought to go containers for our food and drinks. The ambiance of the restaurant gave it a very homey and rural feel, which was just fine with us. It sits nexts to the state farmers market which was not running during our visit. However it was still busy when we sat down to eat at 2 pm. Recommend it!

When you arrive there is ample parking, and very pleasant views of their agricultural. There are 85 acres, which houses their store, small self served dining and eating area both inside, as well as outside. They have a rustic barn for special occasion events. Since we were a group of ladies, we made arrangements for service to be provided, versus self serve. In hindsight, once we completed our luncheon, we should haves opted for self served. We were told there would be an up charge for personal service, which became $7.00 per person, plus a 20% tip and tax's. This referred to as personal service was not anywhere near what was provided. First, our food orders, needed to be in days before our arrival. No appetizers were available, soup, salads etc. The room where we were assigned to was ample and pleasant. However, first we had to pay for the order we had preordered. There was ice tea, water, ice, coffee, etc. preset up. Then instead of a server delivering our entrees, a large multi-layered cart rolled in with our preordered lunches. Truly, the ambiance was immediately impaired and negligent. Our attendees, we had a mix of loving the ingredients of their orders, where others were totally disappointed. As their food was bland unfavorable and unappealing, especially at the price of $21.95 per person with a mandatory 20% gratuity. It needs to be validated that our group never has an issue with pricing of their special excursion lunch events. However, BUCKINGHAM Farms did not meet our expectations. After our lunch was served, there was no service, no one came back to ask if the food was ok, was there anything else needed. Our servers were gone. Came back to remove our plates never asked, if we were happy, how did we enjoy the food. In initially setting up the reservation, our ladies first visit to this unique venue m, were very excited. So, it was requested that after lunch, since it was an 85 acre farm, could we have a quick walking tour. Anna, the director agreed and says she would guide us around the path and explain what we were seeing in the tour. After our lunch, we were all excited. As I went to find Anna and said we are ready for the tour. Anna had a surprise look as there were others with me, act like it was the first time she heard the request! I repeated the conversation, and she said oh no. We do tours in the morning only, and there is a charge for a tour. Needless to say, what a disappointment! If your plans are to go to BUCKINGHAM Farms, our recommendation is not to go as a group. Or if you do, GO self service!

If the recipe is from the South it is good for the mouth! These aren't just rules; they are the words of a real individual who believed in a simple philosophy: "Give them the freshest food, prepared with care, and they will keep coming back. Above all, make every meal a celebration!" Salty Papa We are pleased to report that the family legacy is alive and well. The quality is unmistakable; when you refuse to compromise on standards, it shows in every dish. Walking in, you truly feel as though you've stepped onto a boat. The rustic nautical theme perfectly embodies Florida living, and located right before the Fort Myers Beach bridge, it's the perfect dinner destination after a day on the water. Upon walking in, you truly feel like you've stepped into his personal Shrimp House. The ambiance makes you feel as if you are right aboard the boat, with a rustic nautical theme that perfectly embodies Florida living. Located right before the Fort mYERS beach bridge would make a excellent stop after a day at the beach. "The drink menu offered just as much variety as the kitchen. We started with the Dirty Arnold Palmer--crisp, refreshing, and done exactly right. Next was the Gator Bayou Water, which was greener than duckweed! (If you don't know what duckweed is, join the club; we had to look it up ourselves to verify the drink perfectly matched that vibrant, green aquatic hue.) To round out the assortment, we enjoyed a classic Mango Margarita and the Blue Mermaid, which tasted like a refreshing, iced blue piña colada. Whether you're looking for a classic or something adventurous, they have a signature sip for every mood. From their Peel & Eat Shrimp with an assortment of signature flavors (We got the Keylime sunset butter!!) to the standout Papa's Famous Charleston Shrimp & Grits, the variety is endless. Whether you want it fried, grilled, blackened, covered, or wrapped, they have mastered every possible variation. To start we enjoyed crispy, crunchy, pillowy hushpuppies that immediately took a dive into the housemade remoulade. For the entree the coconut crusted chicken with their pinacolada sauce, it was an elevated chicken strip with a tropical touch. As well as their hickory bacon wrapped shrimped basted with their bbq brushed with care But the hospitality doesn't stop there--there is truly something for everyone. They even offer a 'doggie menu' for those enjoying the patio, making it a genuinely family-friendly destination. In Southwest Florida, it's rare to find a spot that balances high-quality seafood with such a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. Thank you to our amazing servers Stacy D & Pedro! We will be back!
