My theory was right; I bought new tires elsewhere for my daughter van and for my granddaughter and just have not had any issue like from this place. The man told us he'd get back to us about the problem and part. He never did. They were closed for four days and when they reopened, I called. Nothing had been done. It appears someone did a quick look and called us back. They said they couldn't get the part for six months. I get this happened over the holidays and I know we've all had some supply chain issues. All that said, it took almost three weeks to get an answer, they didn't follow through on calling us, and had no solutions once I called them.
