Airline terminal is attached and not much going on. Good seating in there for busy fbo today and shortage of seating for flight crews. Efficient, friendly, and genuinely wanting to help people get their passports so they can travel. They will want to see evidence that you are indeed travelling withing 2 weeks. Also, complete your forms in advance, and make sure your passport photo is compliant. Lots of people had to have their re-taken on site. My appointment was at 11am. I arrived at 10 and took a number and was seen at 10.30. They check all of your paperwork and then call you back to make sure all details are correct. By 11.30 I was given a receipt and told to come back at 2pm to receive my passport. The passport was ready by 2.50pm (I was asked to sign and date the receipt after checking all details on the new passport) and I was able to drive the 4.5 hours home same day. Very happy! Waiting area is small, with few seats and no amenities (bathrooms are in portacabins outside). I will take efficient service over fancy facilities any day though! Nothing except cell phones and paperwork allowed inside and security is tight. Have your appointment number ready when you buzz the door to get in. There is also a scanner. Be friendly and patient and they will get to you. They really are pulling out all the stops to get you your passport. Great job Arkansas Passport Center Staff!

He drove us all around Hot Springs and gave us the low down on the all the different areas in the city. We were able to get off and on the trolley a few times to explore some areas a little bit. The best part is that we got to fill up on some hot springs ourselves. They provide you a little water bottle and you go to these spouts and fill up. I've never seen anything like it. They have these spouts all over town and people come from all around to fill their bottles and containers with this spring water. And it comes out hot, about 143 degrees. Don't miss out on the trolley tour, there is a lot of valuable information here.

Our experience with Will Lindsay at Hamilton Shores Realty left us with bad feelings that colored…read moreour last Christmas memories gray after a week of red, green, and gold. We rented a fairly expensive two bedroom condo on the second floor at "Waters Edge". It has an elevator so that 96 year old Grandmom could be comfortable. Because we live in Dallas, and parking lots are clearly labeled tow-away if there are restrictions, we paid attention when we arrived to be sure we were not parking in a tow away zone. We did not notice the subtly painted numbers over the covered spaces, however, since most of the spaces were empty when we arrived, and, as I said, there were no "No Parking Signs" or "Tow Away" signs. There was also no mention of parking restrictions on the rental agreement which Will had emailed to us. Imagine our surprise when we took our bags down to load the car on the 26th and found it gone. A note in the parking space said a tow company had taken it and would charge $250 to give it back. When I called Will to ask for help, his only response was, "Well, I'm not paying the towing fee. Didn't you see the number on the parking space? Well, no, we didn't see the number (about 2-3 inches high and painted the same color as the parking shed) for the reasons mentioned above. Even if we had seen the number, we might not have figured out that a particular space was ours since it wasn't mentioned in the rental agreement. My guess is that the rental agreement has now been updated to explain parking, but that won't help us, will it, Will? Too bad. We had once enjoyed doing business with Hamilton Shores.
