First, the person answering the phone denied any reservation.  When I gave him the confirmed reservation number.  He said I entered it wrong (it wasn't). When I told him, that it wasn't wrong, he canceled the reservation and banned me.   Lol- banned from an incompetent taxicab service. The Lyft arrived 10 minutes later at exactly half the price. Do not use this service to or from the airport. Totally unreliable.

Our price total was about $70 for two adults and two children. The tour lasted about an hour or so and took us around the historic hot springs town. Don't forget, this duck boat is an original piece of history and does in-fact, go in the water after about 20 mins of touring. The water ride was hot, due to having to go so slow, but being in open water was super cool for the family. However, I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't very much information given during the tour, was hoping for more guided information on a majority of the town with all the historical buildings and what they were back in time. Overall, this was a great guided tour and would recommend as a great tourist site.
