Owner's and their team of drivers are very professional, always prompt and super courteous! Easy to make arrangements with them via phone, email or text. They always meet you at the airport on time in the baggage area & help you with your luggage. Always drop you off at the nearest airport door and make sure you are on time for your flights. Safe driving is a high priority with them! Over the years, I've had to make special arrangements with the Village Chauffeur service to pick me or my family members up from the airport due to critical family emergencies. They've been totally responsive, understanding and willing to pick up us up from the airport in the wee hours of the morning to be with our loved ones when no other transportation was available. Most recently, the weather was so horrific (intense hurricane-like rain & strong damaging winds) that it shut down a major freeway due to semi's that jackknifed & brought all traffic to a halt. The owner rerouted and got me to my destination safely. On another occasion, the same freeway was shut down for hours, so my driver was in constant communications with the owner on how best to navigate the back roads to get me to the airport on time. And last, a number of years ago, the airport was shut down due to a bad snow storm & I was diverted to Dallas for the night. The owner took the initiative to get a hotel room near the airport that night so when my flight arrived the next morning, he was there to pick me up. No other transportation service can compare to the Village Chauffeur! Thank you for your 5-star service!

All parts of the tour were interesting: the downtown areas, the park(s), the history, the characters...everything. If you visit Hot Springs, and you don't take the Trolley Tour, you are definitely missing out! Got some great photos at all the stops, and got a water sample to bring home. Definitely recommend this to all age groups.

I want to say I hadn't had a chance to write a review before and had intended to write a great review- the drivers are wonderful, I've met Jeff, Steven , Anthony, Jessie, who carry my groceries and even help me into and out of the car when I'm too weak (I'm disabled) . There Andre several others I've only met once who are just as great but I just don't remember their names. Not one of the drivers I've met has been anything but friendly and professional. The cars are all née and clean and this company has a great future. Update - One of the owners, Diane, of the company called me to get the whole story- very professional just like all the drivers I've met with the company. I hope this is just one bad day for those dispatchers - until today I've enjoyed the service and given a chance to explain what happened and have this resolved I'd rather continue using spa city taxi than another service. I have been using the service almost every day for almost 2 weeks when suddenly they wanted to overcharge for a ride I had before- when I refused and said no just take me back to my hotel they tried to charge me double for that! I paid the driver $9 the fare that took me to the same distance in the first place.I didn't want the driver to be short changed so I called to explain after I got home- the two dispatchers that I spoke with with rude and short with me and hung up on me several times without listening to my explanation.
