We did not move...everything remained the same. When we took the bill to T-Mobile we were told that they have had this problem before with US Cellular not sending out final itemized bill so x-customers won't be able to get reimbursements from their new cell phone companies. Bad business practice. Glad we moved to T-Mobile. Saving us lots of $ and we all have smartphones with unlimited data.
