There wasn't a person in the building and he was telling me I had to wait 2 hours to get one page notarized. Time management skills need to be better here. Standing walking around kicking people out of the business is a waste of money. Get him a notary stamp so he can expedite notary services for GOLD STATUS BUSINESS MEMBERS like myself! I have had a pending "in review" application since last week and have heard nothing. I called yesterday as this is now urgent for me and yet, still nobody at Citizens seems to care. My phone calls end in "I'll send an email" "you'll hear back tomorrow" or even, "that is not a customer facing department" . How pathetic!!! I go to LinkedIn and see hundreds of Vice Presidents for Citizens bank and yet, they all must be in the same room just emailing each other about meetings to schedule and meetings to attend, while the customers take their money elsewhere. I can no longer go to a local branch because you've converted the convenient locations with off hours to virtual booths. Again, not technology tested nor tried, just simply rolled out to be cleaned up as you go along. Same to be said about opening business accounts online. They have a fair sized lot and the atm's are entered from the street it's a weird set up. Be patient getting in and out of here since there is a light close by and nobody lets you go. This location is very clean and the workers seemed very nice I was in and out. I also saw an elderly woman leaving this branch and the worker made sure to hold the doors open for her to safely leave , this made me very happy. This place seems to be in a safer area and isn't in a sketchy area either. They have tints in the windows so it looked close when I went and that was morning time , but they were open. I would go to this location again only around times that aren't too busy.

TD Bank is used for retail card service from Jordans furniture for me. The 5yr no interest…read morepayments is something that TD Bank tries to stop providing for you. The bank uses a late payment to compound the fees and interest to, in my case, triple the payment I would have made. The fine print is probably where this action is written but that is not a reason to be unreasonable when all efforts were made to correct the problem immediately. I had one late payment in two years. I have always paid over the miniumum and continued to pay that after the late payment. I received calls from TD bank and responded and paid my late payment and the tacked on amount ( triple the normal amount) and my next payment for the month all within the next pay cycle. What I found is that they reported to the credit bureau that I had a late payment and it affected my credit rating. I submited a online complaint form to explain what the situation was and how fast I resolved the issue in the hope they would remove the ding on my credit report. They sent me back a letter stating that it will not be changed. I will never do business with this bank again.

Recently, I came here because I needed a document notarized. I called ahead just in case the notary only goes into the office on certain days and certain times. Thankfully, Adam is always there and I didn't need to make an appointment. I went to Chase later on the same day and got my document notarized. He was a pleasure to speak to and the process was very smooth.
