I went in Oct. 5th to make a payment not knowing that money orders aren't considered the same as…read morecash. They wanted $7 to "cash" the money order. I declined and said I'd be back. The banks were closed by the time I was able to get back. Upon returning on Monday morning with cash, I was berated for not knowing the finer intricacies of money order transactions. I was then berated again for improperly filling out a form. "You've been in here enough, you should know, Mister" said Danielle in a very condescending tone and "We can't keep extending credit if you're going to be late on your payments". Well, I was in Saturday to pay, but you wouldn't take a money order. I didn't ask you to extend anything. YOU, Danielle, need to check your crappy attitude at the door and learn how to speak to your customers with dignity and respect, NOT by being a smart-ass. I won't be going back. Plenty of other loan stores that don't give attitude.
