From the moment I walked in she was very helpful and truly went above and beyond helping me get a rather larger check verified from a company who was pretty hard to get a hold of. Wasn't too happy about the fee of the check but all the trouble I had went through because of the amount I was just thankful she was able to get it cashed for funds I needed asap. All the other employees that were answering phones, and helping other customers seemed to be very nice as well. All around one of the best locations I have been to customer service wise and I will definitely recommend to anyone needing check cashing services! Thank you again.

Never Never Never! Get a Payday loan from this place! They are horrible, honestly the worst! The…read morecustomer service and organization is horrendous. The staff turn around is monthly so there is no consistence. If you speak to a manager one day they will make promises they can't keep, because they wont be there for long. I signed a contract for automatic debits on my payday to repay a title loan, however, each month the payment is taken on the incorrect date or incorrect amount. It has been a nightmare! The managers are rude and condescending and the staff looks down on the customers due to their financial hardships. On top of that the daily interest rates are through the roof, making it impossible to reduce the balance without paying it all off. I am sure everyone has fallen on hard times and needed some financial assistance, but stay far away from this place. They capitalize from your needs and are extremely rude and difficult to work with

The Exchange has kiosks set up in Raleys and Mi Pueblo in Vallejo…read more As someone who has been selling family gold jewelry for 2 months, I am apalled. I spent considerable time researching prices at at least 6 businesses in the East Bay. I have checked the price being paid by this schister twice. Both times he quoted me at $15 per gram for 14kt gold, regardless of the market price of gold. This is far lower than any of the 6 businesses I have checked. My favorite buyer was paying $25 on one of the days I called. Don't fall for it, shop around the differrence will be a lot of dollars even for small pieces of jewelry. Some people have no conscience I guess.
