As the primary caretaker for both of my parents, and living outside of Evansville, I cannot imagine managing all of their insurance needs without Sondra. Additionally, Sondra noticed that the liability insurance coverage for my parents needed to be reviewed. After that review, it was clear the liability amounts for their auto insurance had to be raised. Keeping the current amounts of coverage could have had devastating financial implications for my parents, and me. The worst bank in Evansville. I was having a financial issue and couldn't pay car payment. No one…read moretold me about the option to skip a payment. When i made a payment arrangement in order to get caught back up, the lady decided to ignore that and send my car into resposession and then they blocked all my digital access , so i can no longer access MY accounts. This doesn't seem just. I understand that i was late and i made arrangements to get caught up. Is it legal for them to block me from viewing my accounts ?

I tried to tell the man on the other line that he was calling from a Hawaii number and, although I too have a Hawaii number, I was in Indiana. He started ranting and raving at me and hung up. I tried to calll their customer service to complain about what had happened. They claim that is not one of their numbers; however, when I searched their numbers it came up as Acceptance Insurance. I was just trying to let the man know that he may not be able to sell insurance to me if he was actually in Hawaii, but he cut me off and ranted at me. This is not the first time someone from Acceptance ranted at me. 6 months ago, I tried getting a quote online. Again i received an immediate call. I told the man EXACTLY what I wanted and I was not buying any frills. He got mad and said "If you are not buying extras, I don't have time for you." Then he hung up.
