Then to top it off we got a letter in the mail for 2023 that allow my husband's State taxes were not applied to the return! We deserve a refund for what we paid them to do our taxes, since it was done incorrectly. We have never had to pay Federal for an over payment and never not included all of our income. Since my husband is the first one on this tax return, you are welcome to reach out to him as well. But we will not be doing business here anymore.

People love their insurance guy as long as their claims are paid. I get it. But Mike has always been very thorough in explaining what insurance I need, and what I don't. In our most recent review, he pointed out that I was still carrying comprehensive coverage on an older car that probably didn't need it. Dropping it reduced my premium of course. My point is he did it because it was the right thing to do even though it means my premium goes down and he gets paid a little less most likely. I would, and do, recommend him to anyone who asks.
