He has a really relaxed demeanor and was very sweet and patient to us, which makes all the difference to my father, when doing simple things that are more stressful these days. It's nice when a banker can even keep me calmer when trying to do things together with my dad, it helps our relationship. We left Wells Fargo yesterday with an account change that helps both of us, with my dad talking about Ishmiale's kindness during the transaction well after we left.

BOA employees know it's a problem, but the Bank doesn't invest money into upping its security to prevent scammers stealing Your tax payers money, that you pay into. If you file fraud claim BOA treats you like a criminal. I filed a police report. Reported fraud to EDD. I let bank account know immediately I noticed the transactions. Next step is to seek legal advice from an attorney. I will go to news and paper until BOA which is FDIC insured returns my money into account from fraudulent charges that is covered by Reg E! The teller, Ziggy was polite, professional, and helpful as I felt Ziggy was new which is the reason he needed an override..::He did explained once having me sign the check he would need an manger override due to the amount of one of the checks that was $2040 which I completely understand. Unfortunately the interaction with the branch manager, Alondra Soto Dorado, was the complete opposite. From the moment she got involved. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She refused to approve the transaction without any explanation and did not provide any clear reason as to why the check could not be cashed. As a long time customer, I felt that this kind of unfair treatment is unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the way I was treated. There was no effort in trying to communicate responsibly or respectfully or offer an alternative solution. On top of that I was intentionally given incorrect information about her identity. Which forced me to return to the branch after filing a complaint with corporate just to confirm who I dealt with.
