After standing in line for quite a bit, the one guy told me they wouldn't help me until I got a mask. I asked if they had ran extra one? And they said no. So I covered my nose and mouth with my shirt and they still refused to help me. I understand the masks required thing, but there was not one sign and it's more of how rude, inconsiderate, and nasty the employees were. I then drive to QT with no mask (because I didn't have one in my car I simply forgot one at my job) and they made a money order for me no problem. Soooooooo rude and soooooo disappointed! They will never tell you over the phone how much the payoff will be, you have to be sent an email and fill out a stupid survey. Then someone calls you a week later. It's almost as if they don't want you to pay it off and all they do is play games. Their website and payoff email survey asks if you want to receive title same day or have it mailed, I selected same day pick up come to find out that the website is posted wrong and they don't do same day release. What a joke right, supposedly it was MY mistake to have "misread" it. Clearly the website says "as soon as the same day". Don't waste your time. Find another place. Save yourself the hassle.
