    Review Highlights - Cheapskates

Sold some gear there, golf and hockey, they were very fair and open about their pricing.

First time at this SC location…read more I was completely impressed with my entire experience. The store modern, big and bright, with the best merchandising I've seen in a long time. When I first walked in, I was greeted with a smile by a girl working at a welcoming station at the front. I asked where men's shoes were, and she showed me, but also informed me that a sales associate that was in our vicinity could help me. Perfect ! I knew exactly what I needed. I showed him the item on my phone, he looked up the product # on his handheld and off he went to get it for me. He quickly reappeared with box in hand! The shoes were exactly what I wanted and they were on sale for a really great price. I went to the cash area, where there were a few people in front of me. I didn't have to wait for more than a minute or two before it was my turn. The cashier was also smiling and friendly. She showed me how to maximize my points on the Triangle App, then I paid and was on my way. This was a really great shopping experience with customer service that goes above and beyond.

Reza is a champ and immediately got to work. He went through the entire store and pulled so much for me and was so incredibly patient even as I started becoming more picky with the options. While helping me, he was also impressively attentive with another couple who seemed to be last minute shopping as well. Generally speaking, I was really pleased with all of the customer service through out the store. From the moment I walked in, to the check out process on my way out, everyone was super pleasant, even considering the fact that they were officially closed at the time I was checking out. Highly recommend in the Vancouver area for the service alone! Thank you again, Reza and Team!

They were very conscious about social distancing and prevention of the spread of COVID 19 so I felt very safe shopping there. Prices are competitive and the only slight neg I can point out is that their inventory goes fast and no fault of their own. Shipping has slowed down considerably due to COVID. Would go back there again for all my badminton needs.

TONY is the reason I love supporting local!! GREAT prices, AMAZING service, and you can tell this…read moreman has a LOVE for his work! My friends and I arrived without knowing it was by appointment only. Tony was super kind and patient and still allowed us in. We needed 3 racquets, 2 pairs of shoes, 4 regrips and 2 stringings. When we came, it was PACKED, but my man TONY made sure we were safe and followed COVID protocol while we were browsing through his clearance section, which I think was pretty much the entire store (Tony only gives his customers the HOTTEST deals). Oh, you wanna talk about service? Imagine having 10 people in one store, and taking care of each of them simultaneously and without mistakes while STILL being patient and ensuring we leave with the best gear that suits our playstyle. That's Tony for ya. Nothing but the best. I'm pretty sure he'd sit down with me and help me with my calculus homework if I asked. My favourite part about my experience at this store has to be how much passion I felt from Tony and his team in their work. He carefully and sternly walked us through maintenance and care of our racquets and shoes, making me respect the sport even more. "Don't be lazy!" Tony says. "Put the head of the racquet in first, THEN the tail. DON'T BE LAZY!" My friends and I left with a rekindled excitement for badminton, beautiful memories, and a mantra we'll keep for the rest of our lives. We'll never be lazy, Tony. Never.
