As soon as we got home, my daughter took the plastic wrap off the bat and put everything inside. Wife told me that the team provides bats, so we don't need one. Went back to the store, not even 30 min to return the bat and they tell me that I can't return it because the plastic wrapper is off. So now it's a used bat and they can't resell it. I had the receipt and bought it with 30 min, they said again "Sorry, the plastic wrapper is off, can't return it. " If you ever buy anything here, be sure it's perfect. Had no idea there was a no return policy for this place. I would advise to shop where they have a return policy.

First time at this SC location…read more I was completely impressed with my entire experience. The store modern, big and bright, with the best merchandising I've seen in a long time. When I first walked in, I was greeted with a smile by a girl working at a welcoming station at the front. I asked where men's shoes were, and she showed me, but also informed me that a sales associate that was in our vicinity could help me. Perfect ! I knew exactly what I needed. I showed him the item on my phone, he looked up the product # on his handheld and off he went to get it for me. He quickly reappeared with box in hand! The shoes were exactly what I wanted and they were on sale for a really great price. I went to the cash area, where there were a few people in front of me. I didn't have to wait for more than a minute or two before it was my turn. The cashier was also smiling and friendly. She showed me how to maximize my points on the Triangle App, then I paid and was on my way. This was a really great shopping experience with customer service that goes above and beyond.

Reza is a champ and immediately got to work. He went through the entire store and pulled so much for me and was so incredibly patient even as I started becoming more picky with the options. While helping me, he was also impressively attentive with another couple who seemed to be last minute shopping as well. Generally speaking, I was really pleased with all of the customer service through out the store. From the moment I walked in, to the check out process on my way out, everyone was super pleasant, even considering the fact that they were officially closed at the time I was checking out. There are things everywhere and in no particular place. Customer service leaves you alone. Saying this, pretty much all the people who come into the store buys something. Why? Customer service knows their stuff and doesn't push you to buy what you don't need or upscale you to buy mor expensive. The stuff they have is really well made and you cannot find a better deal anywhere else. Love this place for tennis shoes and racket. They also have pickleball paddles and balls etc.

Surprising that this place is still open and are ripping people off by selling fakes at the store…read more The new Nike swingmans are not legitimate and places like Vancity sports and pastime sports aren't selling them because Nike only has an agreement with footlocker, champs, and lids to sell their product.....not these mom and pop shops. I went to the store and saw their selection after buying a jersey from lids in Robson and Granville and it was interesting so I did a little comparison between the two and the one from Granville sports felt so cheap and are charging the same price as other stores. The new mamba jerseys are not stitched in the Swingman form and yet they had them here. Also, when questioning where the jerseys came from, he said they were from his supplier on the US and he has no idea on exactly where the jerseys come from. If you want legitimate NBA jerseys, this is dope me place to definitely avoid.
