The hygienists here are also really good, they explain what's going on in my mouth and how to maximise the benefits of my oral hygiene routine. I would recommend this practice to everyone. I originally found them through NHS choices and they were very highly rated on there. I was looking to have my rather horrible wonky teeth sorted out for my upcoming. The website was awash with promises of what they could offer me, of how easy it would be etc and my honest initial feeling was one of "This sounds too good to be true" but I quickly found upon meeting them all, that it wasn't, they really are just that good at what they do. I'm through the process now of having braces and all that goes with that process and despite the obvious issues of having braces, I don't have a single issue or complaint about Khalid or his team. Exemplary service and support from everyone there. Couldn't be more pleased with end result. Not just clean, straight teeth but a new found passion my overall oral hygiene that will ensure they stay that way. Cant recommend Bank View Smile Studios highly enough. Who likes going to the dentist? However, while I don't LIKE going to the dentist, these guys are very good. Professional, friendly people, great dentists - and (most importantly) pretty much pain free! Indeed having root canal and falling asleep during the process is surely a wonderful outcome and a great compliment to the dentists work and customer care. I have had a LOT of dental work over the years but my experiences and results at Bridge Dental make me rate them highest of all. Two molars up - oops I mean two thumbs up!!

As a private dentist I was bracing myself to be pushed into all kinds of treatments that I didnt really need, but I was happy to hear that my teeth were pretty much healthy, the only work he sugested was purly cosmetic, and it was entirely up to me what I chose to do. He also explained that they offer a payment plan, so if I decided to have any work done I wouldn't be lumped with a huge payment - bonus Note for the ladies: He is also quite good looking so you don't mind staring up his nostrils while he's examining your teeth! The only negative I would like to point out is that the surgery was in the middle of a refurbishment as they had recently moved premises, and the reception wasn't very appealing - I'm sure its looking tip top now though!

I hadn't been to a dentist for around 10 years due to me being a very nervous patient, but one of my wisdom teeth started to come through and I was in absolute agony. I made an appointment and went to see Dr Knight. He was brilliant. At my first appointment, I was so nervous I was shaking and couldn't even sit in the chair!!! He calmed me down, by explaining exactly what he was going to do before he did it and talking to me throughout the examination so I knew exactly what was happening at all times. Lance is a very patient person and is happy to talk through any fears or concerns you may have at any stage. He is always polite and never once have I felt that he has been impatient with me. I have had dentists in the past who have said they "need to get on with it as they do have other patients!" Lance would never say anything like that and just knowing that makes me less nervous as I know that Lance will allow me all the time I need without ever making me feel as though I am an inconvenience. Thanks to Lance and the team, I have far more confidence when visting the dentist and have recommended Dr Knight to several friends and family members. Through to the dentist chair is a minimal, clean room where Garry provides a calm, not shouty, non-judging and no fuss service. The NHS dental program and pricing is followed and there's never any confusion with your dental treatment. I do enjoy the view of the Met across the road and the busses that go by while I'm in the chair!
