The entire experience was awesome! Marina was professional but also very personable, and we immediately felt comfortable with her, as if we'd known her for years! The eye lash extensions turned out beautiful, my daughter loved them and so did I! We hit it off so well with Marina, that we ended up scheduling a hair and makeup appointment for my daughter's Senior prom. If you know me, you'd know that I would never trust such an important event to someone that we had absolutely no experience with, but that's how much we were impressed with Marina. Monica's Instagram account had a lot of inspiration to pull from. She gave me exactly what I asked for on the first try. Monica was super nice and calming when I was getting pre-wedding jitters. She brought two additional artists with her, one for hair and one for makeup, because we had a big group of girls. She made sure everyone got a touch up and was happy before heading out. Only to find out that the price is actually 20 times higher than what you paid! Now what?! What do I do with the gift card purchased??!! I hope you're enjoying your 15 minutes of fame you are getting from this Iris! You can try and defend yourself all you want Iris. But it's doesn't change the fact that a lot of people are complaining that Groupon allow businesses like yours to present false advertising with hidden costs at time of service. There weren't a lot of pictures of Christopher's work on the web site, and I was afraid that I might end up with a more dramatic look than I wanted. However, my makeup turned out absolutely perfect. Christopher paid attention to my preferences and was easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend doing a trial - I don't live in Arizona and didn't initially think I had time for a trial, but I scheduled a trial at the last minute and am so glad I did. The trial helped me figure out what I wanted, and Christopher did an even better job with my makeup on the second go-around. I have never felt so beautiful!
