That was the last time I heard from him. I texted him the next afternoon to inquire about the quote and he never replied. It's been over a week and I haven't received a quote or even a response to my text. This is a poor way to handle customers and was a waste of my time to contact Eric. I understand that people get busy and if that's the case then professional curiosity would be to notify your potential clients that you don't have the time or desire to do the job. This is just poor customer service.

My gardener told me they would do my tree trimming but we couldn't decide on the date and it would be in January. I wanted it before the rain started. They told me I should try a tree climber,not them after I sent a picture. I went on Angi and this is the only one that popped up. I filled out the blank form about getting an estimate and it said they would get back within 48 hours. About 2 hours later a personable young man, I believe was Abel, showed up to give me an estimate. Now I would note, my wife wanted it chopped down but I asked for an estimate for both jobs. I talked her into saving a tree. Cheaper than my gardiner was. Btw, My gardiner did it 3 years and it was only 2 guys. Price was lower then them and he said they could start tomorrow (this was a Friday) . I hadn't talked the wife into it yet so I tole them I would call. I called and told them, Monday works for us. The said fine showed up around 1030 Monday morning. They because it was a giant crew of I think 7, along with a wood chipper. Jose was the one in charge. I was terrified of them cutting my fiber drop lead and this is why I wanted it trimmed, before the storm. I would say in maybe an hour and a half, they were done and cleaned up everything.
