I had originally taken it into Chrysler Karmart in Burlington and was quoted close to 1200$ for these repairs. When I found out that price, I immediately called an auto repair shop in Arlington. The quote there was better coming in around 800$. But then I called Canavan's Auto Repair and was quoted 575$. It ended up costing me a little more than that because of tax and also there was a 4% (around 22$) service fee for using a credit card. But I still feel like I got a great deal and it was less than half the price of the dealership! He was also more friendly and didn't make me feel stupid when I asked questions. James is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explains things clearly and in a way that you can understand. I appreciate his fair prices and good customer service and I recommend his company. I will go back to him in the future when my car needs any type of work done to it.

Within minutes, they were checking mom's tires and had the main offender repaired. While we waited, we enjoyed free coffee and popcorn for breakfast. The staff is friendly as they always are. Special shoutut to Zach for taking such good care of us and explaining to Mom what was going on. He even checked the brakes for us. Mom has been a Les Schwab loyalist for 50 years and I have for at least 20. They take care of their customers in a way more businesses should. I was so impressed that Ann jumped right in to opine what it was because I don't know much about cars. She directed me to the auto parts store to get a particular hose, I returned and she and Octavio went to town immediately! Tools, attachments, funnel and Ann even gave some of her specialized antifreeze that she said would really do the job. They burped the engine of air, put cap on and I was good to go! I can't complain about the price either, way less than I expected. Ann is very personable knowledgeable and said she teaches the public in classes how to fix their cars. Ultimately I sat there one day and waited for them to open the gate and got it towed to the dealership and it was fixed within weeks. I do not recommend them at all. Poor communication and total lack of respect. When my vehicle was towed away they called the tow company stating they owed them fees for vehicle storage after they explicitly told me I didn't owe them a dime. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

She was very polite and knowledgeable. They called me after the diagnosis and told me that my trucks #2 coil pack was literally falling apart (I just had a tune up exactly 1 year ago so these coil packs were new) she asked if I wanted them replace them or if I wanted to do it, I told her I would replace it myself and if I had anymore issues I would bring it back. I replaced the bad coil pack and my truck is back to running like new. I will continue to bring all my vehicles to this shop as I find them trust worthy with my vehicles and very affordable and friendly!
