I had arranged pu inside terminal as wife is in wheel chair, luggage etc... upon arrival i text him again and he confirmed. There never was inside pickup and they were a half hour late. When u called jeff, he hungup on me as he did not like being told off. A comolegely classless move, lacks any busines sense and WOULD NEVER USE!!!!. I cancelled them and got uber within 5 minutes. They lack all professionalism, bad business, unreliable and charge hefty. DO NOT USE!!!!

They are not just a car service but an experience. They met us at the gate, helped us with our bags, and brought us to a waiting car where another Team Driver proceeded to take us to our hotel. On departure, the same thing! Upon arrival, another Team Member was waiting for us, he put our bags through agriculture and got them checked in before sending us on our way through security. If you want five-star service, this is your company no matter what your driving service needs! They also charged $400 for a one way pickup for another family member on our hotel bill, while separately charging $120 for the taxi they utilized for the service (double charged). They then show up when we're leaving as if to suggest we didn't cancel. I think this is outrageous behavior operating a business like bandits.... maybe hopeful unsuspecting patrons won't scrutinize their bill. Anyway a 5 star service from CB Taxi! We got married on the beach in Wailea and the second we stepped out of the limo it PISSED down rain, like New York or Ireland rain. It was hard, fast and thick drops. We had forgotten our umbrellas, but Summer was so kind and had planned for this type of event and let us use three of hers. We also told her that we were planning on trashing my dress, so she put down towels for us in the limo. I also changed before I got in, yup, right on the street, it was amazing. She made what could have been a very stressful wedding beautiful and amazing. I definitely recommend this company if you are just looking for a limo for an event. So comply please or we will hire you to sue yourself." When I wrote back and said the Mayor's advice was not mandatory, and asked Leo if he would provide service or if I should take my business elsewhere, Leo said: "So you think we value $ over the advise of our mayor? We are not serving any tourist at all simply because all you vaccinated brainwash people are bringing us Covid to Maui...hospital here since the reopening are full." I informed Leo that if he was the Owner of the business treating a prospective customer in this manner, he had no business running a business, and if he was an employee, he was a stupid employee and that the Owner should be informed that Leo was damaging the business. Finally, I shared with Leo what an appropriate response would have been to a customer rather than the smart-ass response he gave to my initial inquiry. Don't walk away from this business...run.
