When u called jeff, he hungup on me as he did not like being told off. A comolegely classless move, lacks any busines sense and WOULD NEVER USE!!!!. I cancelled them and got uber within 5 minutes. They are not just a car service but an experience. They met us at the gate, helped us with our bags, and brought us to a waiting car where another Team Driver proceeded to take us to our hotel. On departure, the same thing! We are not serving any tourist at all simply because all you vaccinated brainwash people are bringing us Covid to Maui...hospital here since the reopening are full." I informed Leo that if he was the Owner of the business treating a prospective customer in this manner, he had no business running a business, and if he was an employee, he was a stupid employee and that the Owner should be informed that Leo was damaging the business. I contacted Alii and got the owner Tho. He gave me his rates and had the best rates of all the services I called. When we arrived he was at the airport waiting for us. As soon as our plane landed he texted me to let me know where to meet him. He picked us up in a van (that's what I requested) that was extremely nice and was spotless. He had cold water available for us and took us directly Mama's. He then waited for us while we ate. He then took us to a nearby beach so we could view the Sea Turtles that gathered there.
