So I ended up having to wait for my pick up between 3-3:30, I was picked up at 3:30. becsuse of the driver having to picking up and dropping off 5 people. I didn't get home till 5pm. I think having to sit in the van one and a half hours is ridiculous. I have chronic pain issues so riding in a van for an hour snd a halo caused me a lot of pain.

The dispatcher was friendly and helpful in setting up my days in advance reservation to get me to the Chattanooga Airport. I needed a 4:45am reservation. I live in a large apartment complex and the signage is not great, so not easy to find my unit. I got a confirmation call 45 minutes before my ride. My driver, Jonathan was exactly on time right outside my door. He helped me with my luggage and was so personable. He had been diving for the service for about eight years. The taxi was immaculately clean. The rate was reasonable for the service I received. Will use their services again and recommend to others.

Clean, cheap, safe, direct travel. I would rate the stop a 5 because it has tons of parking, is well lit, has an indoor lobby with seating and clean restrooms, and during the day - a food court. It's also located in the same parking lot as a city bus stop, so I imagine it would be easy to catch transportation from there. However, while I waited for my bus to Lexington, which was 40 minutes late, I saw the bus to Atlanta arrive, about 20-30 minutes late. So this doesn't seem to be a stop that is dependable for its schedule. The bus ride itself was fine but there were lots of people with obnoxious ring tones and text message alerts on their phones, which was particularly unwelcome at midnight on an overnight bus ride in which I'd hoped to sleep. As usual, THE BUS WAS FREEZING!!! But I've learned to dress for winter anytime I ride a Megabus. The bus arrived in Lexington 1 hour behind schedule (6:00 am instead of 4:55 am) but I wasn't on a tight schedule personally, so the hour delay was worth the convenience and price to me. This Megabus experience was very different than my (totally positive) Megabus experiences in Texas, but I would still recommend it for people with lots of time and not much money! ;)

Definitely cannot beat the price. However, the ride was not the most comfortable. By the time I got on the bus, everyone had taken their seat as well as placed their things in the one next to them. Oh, I love selfishness on public transportation... and I've seen a lot of it after living in NYC for many years. When I finally got someone to move their personal items, it was a bit uncomfortable crunching both of us in-- especially as I was trying not to touch my already annoyed seat mate. These problems were exacerbated by the fact that there was no overhead storage for your bags so they had to be held in your lap or placed on the floor. I will say that I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and plugs at every seat, though-- Getting to watch some NetFlix for 2 hours did distract me long enough to get home.

I take the 490 bus into Downtown, hop a free rail transfer, and it costs me $3 to travel 40 miles. I can get work done, sleep, even Yelp, as seen here! :-) The return trip is only $2 from Marta rail to free bus transfer. $5 RT? I'll take it! The buses are clean and air conditioned, but the afternoon ride on hot summer days can make the inside real stuffy. But hey, I save like $20 between gas, parking, & wear and tear EVERY time I use GRTA! It's like finding a $20 bill in your pocket...every day!

Not only was there no protection between the backseat and the front seat, But the driver was unmasked and had no hand sanitizer on hand. The driver even mentioned that his employer of East Ridge cab company did not provide their drivers with masks or hand sanitizer! Neither the drivers or the customers are protected from COVID-19 and I'm asking for accountability. The owner needs to start taking this virus seriously! Also the meter didn't even work and we were charged $40 for a short trip from Fort Oglethorpe to East Ridge and back to Fort Oglethorpe. There's NO way it should have been so much money

We were greeted warmly with 2 vouchers for a complimentary glass of wine at the bar. The room was stylish and modern. I appreciated that the AC unit was hidden in a cabinet with openings, I don't see that often. What really did it for me is that the bathroom not only came with the usual hair dryer but also a plug in vanity mirror that I was able to take into the room so I could free up the bathroom for my husband. Bed, pillows and comforter were top notch, no complaints, my husband even wanted to take a pillow home. we didn't!! At check out, Donovan was so accommodating that he made a cup of coffee for my husband because we missed the coffee bar and breakfast. I will 100% stay here again while visiting Chattanooga.
