I am 5'3" and they were both shorter than me. They spent an hour on the 2nd floor which was really clean and did not require much attention and failed to apportion appropriate time on the master suite and kitchen. I cleaned very deeply before they arrived and I have to go back and deep clean the elements they didn't get to. 2 women cleaning for 2 hours should have made more of a positive impact. And don't expect these older ladies to clean the kick plate area of the cabinets...I guess they couldn't bend over. Also, they indicated that they could not clean vanity mirror lights because they were too high. This was a huge waste of money for me. I do not suggest using this company unless you are a low grade rental property. I felt sorry for the older women having to clean houses at their age but if a company is getting paid to clean... the person hiring them shouldn't have to clean after they leave. My house was very clean before they arrived and I wanted it to sparkle for MLS photos but this company seriously disappointed. Oh- and don't let me forget this, when I called to make the appointment... I said that windows needed to be cleaned well. Apparently they dont do windows so they were"doing me a favor". Who the hell does not clean their windows when they are selling their house.... Overall, I have no idea how we had such a huge disconnect in expectations...All I know is that I deep cleaned my house and then hired a company for $125 deposit and $168 for time over the original hour for 2 cleaners to make it sparkle... and I need to go back and finish the job. They did not help much and it was pretty much throwing money away.

Their return emails either asked me about their deep clean or told me I was on their wait list. I emailed them again today and just received a response stating that the deal has been cancelled. Contact Living Social for a refund. I went to Living Social's website and sure, I can be refunded, but it is in a Living Social credit. Heck no! This company is a scam! Check out the yelp reviews for their other location in Atlanta-nothing but one star reviews from other people they've screwed over.

I purchased a voucher from LivingSocial for 3 cleanings and called the number provided to schedule. The voicemail just tells you to go to the website. I did not receive a call back from leaving a message. I emailed them, multiple days go by, I get an email back, a "form" email with no reference to scheduling as I asked, but instead a LONG sales pitch on how they want to upsell you on "DEEP" cleaning for more money than I've already paid because they say, and I quote: "we're just trying to save you money". I email back that I understand about the deep cleaning, I'm just interested in scheduling the service I've already bought at this time, if someone could please contact me asap so I may schedule. Then, another day later, this is the response: "We don't make phone calls. We are an online business, the wave of the future. We schedule everything by email. If you call us we do try to return calls but they are not priority like the emails are." I was told it would be another few days after that before she would get back with me to schedule. She did offer a half hour "for lack of understanding or communication". I'm not sure if I am the one who doesn't understand or what, but that is no way to deal with any customer, let alone your first contact with a new customer. I contacted LivingSocial right then, because no thanks on dealing with emailing someone back and forth to get 3 dates scheduled, (plus I guess no charge for that sweet insight on "the future" :/ ) ...she also said they do it by area, which obviously means scheduling revolves around their current location. LivingSocial was super kind when I told them how that played out, but I wanted to warn others sometimes a deal isn't worth the stuff it comes with, and I appreciate a bargain- but only for quality!
