The manager, Dana, gets full credit for her hard work in keeping our oasis maintained so well, and addressing her tenant's concerns or questions immediately. Dana's professionalism is greatly appreciated, and her kindness to her tenants is unmatched. I witnessed Dana visiting an elderly tenant, who was in the hospital, to show the lady some loving support. My home in this Park gives me privacy, parking, and my own private, tree filled backyard. I had to threaten to sue her to get my money back and I did, down to the last penny. I was warned about her before I moved there but needed a place so I moved in anyway, huge mistake. Thankfully they were able to take my call and come out perfectly within the 36hrs or so the next rains were expected. They came and assessed the issues, took photos of the problem(s) and several options on some solutions depending on budget (and my circumstances). They were able to seal the roof to prevent further leaks and then help on the inside replace the ceiling panel patch that water had damaged.

We decided to try Mobile Home Doctors and I'm so glad we did. We got a reply right away- they came and looked at everything, gave us an estimate, and got right to work! After calling the other place over and over trying to get them to come out- it was so amazing and such a relief to have someone responding and actually getting stuff done. Jeff was great and explained everything he was doing- He went above and beyond! Even noticed some small projects we had been putting off and offered to finish them up as well. Using a remote camera system, he thoroughly explained how my existing piers had been constructed years ago and had deteriorated over time. He demonstrated how up-to-date technology and improved materials made the new piers superior to what I currently had. Not only did Josh and his crew arrive as scheduled to install the new piers and base supports, they worked diligently and efficiently.
