I had the car towed over to the Ford dealership, who was too busy to help and told me it was going to be over 2 weeks before he could even look at it. But that isn't what I'm upset about... What I'm upset about is their lack or willingness to help in what to me was a desperate situation. Understanding that they were busy I was hoping at least that they could make a suggestion or recommendation of someone who might be able to help me, but they didn't do even that... We ended up finding a mechanic in our own that did a wonderful job and completed the task in literally two hours... Cannot share my disappointment enough with this place and the lead mechanic supervisor, Chris. He definitely needs to go to customer service school.

They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and fought hard against all the BS the warranty company threw at both of us. In the end, I went with the engine the dealership ordered, and they had it installed and me back on the road in just 2 days! I've put 4,000 miles on this engine so far, including traveling from Utah back to Georgia while pulling a camper. I'd say that speaks volumes about the quality of work their mechanic put into it! Mike at Colby Dodge was absolutely fantastic. He made sure everyone stayed on schedule and kept things moving. It's not every day you find a dealership that genuinely has your back, especially when dealing with an extended warranty company. Huge thanks to Mike and the entire Colby Dodge team! I highly recommend them!
