I can not say enough about this place! Heather the manager is fabulous. I have stored my vehicle at this facility for the past three years 10 months out of the year as I live/work out of the country and only return to Athens during the summers. They are so good at keeping open communication with me letting me know what's going on even though they know I'm abroad. The place is very secure. In the three years there, I have not had a problem. Multiple size units available and a temperature controlled climate was a must for me having instruments. 24-hour access and very good security. Office staff always very kind and helpful. I just had to move several things into storage. The rates for most of the storage places around Athens appeared to be almost identical, but I was really swayed by the friendliness of the staff at Chase Street. My climate-controlled unit is perfect for my needs, and I'm impressed with the security measures there. For the actual moving process, they have a truck you can rent for $19.99 per day, but there is only one of those. If it is already reserved, they also have some U-Hauls available. Also, one of the staff members suggested a mover for me, and he was wonderful, very nice and reasonably priced. My experience thus far has been great! read more

It's been 6 years since I rented a unit from Chase St. Warehouse & Self Storage, but I still remember how easy it was to work with the staff and how I had no problems with charges and fees, something that's always come up with the other storage companies I've used in various cities I've lived. read more

Rule #1 If you have anything of value or sentimental you do not want to get wet/damaged in Chase Street Storage unit do not put it there. The current staff is friendly and courteous. (Crystal Thacker) However, if there is an issue above the local/current staff it is next to impossible to get a solution. Calls are taken by a call service either in Tenn. or Texas and instead of the request going to the management company for resolution it goes back to the location. The location or the call center does not release any manager numbers outside their location. I finally had to call the GA Sec. of State after leaving request for a return call to the CEO and COO of Absolute Management company. I found out Chase Street storage is owned by an LLC and the owner is John Speros out of Atlanta, GA. His work number is 770 913 3910 or jsperos@ackermanco.net. I figured if any one has issues of damaged goods they will struggle or give up trying to get a resolution. I called John on 9 July and emailed him my information. He did respond to my email stating he would look into the matter. read more

The staff here is really friendly & helpful. The storage unit is clean and the surrounding outdoor areas are well maintained. It's secure and easy to access after hours too. We have been using a unit here for a year and had no problems at all. I am impressed by the management here. read more
