Unfortunately, I did not perform my due diligence before utilizing Chase "Limo" Service. I should have did a search on Yelp and found Michelle's review because my service was nearly identical. Their website is the first that popped up on the Google search so I suppose they pay a pretty penny to advertise their service. My flight was supposed to touchdown at 11:40PM. We got in early at 11:15 and my phone was already ringing off the hook. The driver was already there which would normally be a good thing, but between getting off the plane and speed-walking through the terminal, he called twice more trying to rush me to get out of the terminal. I thought this was a pick-up service, not my weak-bladder'd aunt coming to pick me up after downing a 2-liter of coke! Don't expect a nice representative holding your name as you would usually. I had to call him to figure out where he was. Black SUV? Ok, there are five black SUVs, which one are you in?! I thought things would turn for the better, but that was me sitting in the backseat wishing for a heater in frigid Chicago. He gave me the same harassment that Michelle received. He claimed my card did not go through even though I used it before and also after making the reservation. I even called AMEX and they assured me the card did not go through. That still did not provide him enough assurance so I offered to let him speak to AMEX. He declined and wanted to swipe my card again. Fine, but the "standard" 20% gratuity was undeserved. Definitely attributes to why people who come to visit the US complain about our "service tipping culture." Texting? Check. Answering phone without headset? Check. Never again? Check. Hell hath no fury like a woman who misses her flight because of a completely unreliable, rude car service. So here's my fury. Never use this car service. I made a reservation with them because they advertised themselves as pet friendly. I needed to drop my two dogs off on the way to OHare. I called 6 days ahead of time to make the reservation and told them the situation. They said no problem whatsoever. I then called again a few days out to again confirm the dogs wouldn't be a problem. Again they said "no problem, we do this all the time." Fast forward to the morning of my flight. I was waiting outside my building, driver pulls up and says "I won't take those dogs." What??? I told him that wasn't an option. He drove away. I called the company and they said they would call him and he would come back and pick me up. Guess what? He came back and said he wouldn't take me, then offered to call me a cab, then drove away and did not call me a cab. I almost missed my flight because of them and not only will I never ever ever use them again, I will let everyone in my company, as well as all of my friends and everyone out there on Yelp, NEVER TO USE CHASE LIMOUSINE. read more

I use Chase Limousine to get to the airport when I travel for work. Throughout my time traveling for work, I have found no other option where the driver will be on time for the pickup. So far, the driver has arrived at the pickup location at least 15 minutes early 100% of the time. And a couple of these pickups were at 4:00am. The drivers are very polite, they open and close the door for me, and load my luggage in the trunk (I'm a guy, so these things are unusual for me!). In addition, the drivers are always responsible behind the wheel and get my to my destination safely and without excessive honking or swearing. I will definitely use Chase Limousine again! read more

The ransportation experience with Chase Chicago Limo was HORRIBLE!!!! I would NEVER USE THEM again. They advertise $55 dollar special on their website for luxury town car from airport to chicago. Bait and switch, deceptive advertising! They picked me up in a mitsubishi galant that was dirty (some kind of liquid was on the back seat that had been there so long it was dried up/sticky) and the car also smelled like vomit. The driver harrassed me for credit card info. I repeatedly explained that I'd already provided credit card info when I reserved the car online. The driver threatened to take me back to airport so I told him to go ahead and take me back to the airport. He then said he would wait to get the credit card info when we got to the destination and then proceeded to harrass me for it again a few minutes later. HORRIBLE car and service!!!!! I would take a cab or shuttle before ever using this company again. read more

My husband uses Chase sedan service for work and loves them. After using several other companies that were more expensive but less reliable, it was refreshing to find Chase Limo. The drivers are extremely reliable; often showing up 20-30minutes early. Their whole fleet of cars are in tip top shape and clean. Where other companies say they charge $55 from midway to downtown, but then throw on other fees and exceptions, Chase limo is truly $55 plus tip (extremely reasonable for level of service that they offer) Also, they have a website that allows you to schedule pickups and drop offs and friendly dedicated phone service as well. If you are looking for dependable transportation without price gimmicks, give them a call! read more

The company may have good drivers but the billing department is wack! They over charged me the set price twice and then on a second occasion when I paid cash they charged me again! They would not help me much with the resolutions when I called. They kept saying they would credit me and contact accounting but nothing. I finally called my credit card company and filed a dispute. Currently I am in the middle of that. I also contacted the city attorney who said this is not the first time this has happened. Hopefully I will not have to file a law suit. We contracted this company for our wedding on 7/10. We paid for the wedding package which included decorations on the limo and the driver dressed in a tux. There were no decorations and the driver was wearing jeans. When the driver realized he was driving a wedding and not a cotillion he demanded money from my dad to stock the limo with alcohol. He then asked my dad for the address to the church. We arrived at the church and the next stop on the itinerary is for the driver to pick up the groom and groomsmen. Twenty minutes later I go outside with the videographer and the limo is still at the church. He never left to pick up the groom. When questioned he states he did not receive an itinerary. We had emailed an itinerary to the company and received a conformation email stating that had received it and there were no issues with the itinerary. The driver was told the address to pick up the groom and groomsmen but did not leave immediately. After he dropped off the groom, who was rushing in because the ceremony was to already have started, the driver demanded an itinerary and then complained about having to drive to Long Grove. This delay caused several problems. The first was that the ceremony started a half hour late and because the guys had just arrived there was no time for pre ceremony time with videographer and we had limited time after the ceremony for formal pictures in the church because the next mass was to start. The next stop was the beach for more pictures. As we left we were told by the driver that the limo was leaking gasoline and that he had the same problem the previous day. We had to go back to the church to drop off the photographers before going to the reception site. He told us that another limo would meet us there. He assured us that the limo was safe to be in. When we arrived at the church there was not a new limo and again the driver assured us that the limo was safe to be in. We then get on the Kennedy and are sitting in traffic and the limo starts to fill up with the smell of gasoline. We go to open the rear windows of the limo and only one has a working button. The best man then opens the roof window in the vent setting to get some fresh air to those in the front of the limo. The driver then asks if he can stop at his mechanic along the way stating it will take 10 mins. We agree. The vent window then falls down. Since people are starting to get headaches the best man opens the vent window again only this time it falls down smashing his fingers with blood immediately pouring out the tips of his fingers. We tell the limo driver to take us to the closest hospital yet he pulls into the mechanics lot. Everyone quickly gets out and the driver than comes around and begins to scream at us about how he won't get paid and refuses to help us get the best man to a hospital. He also refused to give us the address we were at in order to call an ambulance. A groomsman had to walk to the end of the street to get the address. A bridesmaid contacts the company main office to request a new limo/driver because we no longer felt safe with the driver or limo and gets hung up on. I then call and am told they are working on it and cannot give me a time frame for an answer. They call back and tell us we have to use that limo/driver because the limo was fixed, yet the hood was open and the mechanic was still working on the limo. We had to be picked up by family and friends. We have since contacted the company requesting a refund and they said they did nothing wrong and only offered us a one hour refund. They claim the limo was new and we that they took us to our destination. Do not use this company if they pay you. read more

I have used this service quite often in the past and have never had a problem. However, I have learned that even when there is a problem they will work with you to resolve it to your satisfaction. The driver arrived on time and was very friendly and appeared quite competent. I gave him $100 to encourage him to take care of my 5 girls that were riding to Chicago from Michigan and back. To my dismay, I received a frantic phone call from my daughter and her friends that the limo broke down around 95th and I-94. This is a very bad part of town and they were frightened to death. To make matters worse the driver seemed to have absolutely no sense of urgency about the situation. When I called dispatch the first time, he said he would have another car there as soon as possible. That was unsatisfactory. By some miracle, apparently a roadside emergency vehicle appeared and got the limo moving again. However it was still a "soon to be disabled" vehicle. Why the driver took this route is beyond me. It added 20-30 minutes to the drive and took them through Englewood. The I-90 toll way is faster and safer. They were more than 30 minutes late to their destination for appointments that were very difficult to move around on a busy Saturday. I called dispatch and requested a new limo and driver to take them home when they were done at their appointments and requested a call from the new driver as soon as he had someone. I had to call back 3 more times over the next 2 hours to make the same request before I finally got a call from the new driver. Once I reached that driver, I instructed him on the proper route to take. I am more than thankful that they were able to switch out the car for us and the return trip was as it should have been in the first place. I have been a huge fan and continue to be after this experience. The experience we encountered was unfortunate and at the time was more than frustrating. However, they troubleshooted the problem, provided a solution to my satisfaction and made my daughter experience in the end great. I would recommend them with no hesitation. read more

We used this company for a limo on Friday night, and everything about the service was top-notch. This is the first yelp review I've written, but felt that the service we received was so special that I had to write a review. From the first phone call to the prompt pick up everything was perfect. THE LIMO SERVICE LEFT WITHOUT THE BRIDE. I have never written a review before but I have to let all the brides out there know what a mistake it will be if you use this service. we ordered this limo to pick my bridesmaids, mother of the bride, and myself up and take us 15 minutes to the church. The limo came at 12:00 and told us that they have a waiting period of 15 minutes and that they would charge us for every additional minute that the limo driver had to wait. We told the company that we would be down there around 12:15 to 12:30 but we ordered the limo early just in case it was running late. We got down there at 12:20 and there is no limo, my soon to be husband called me and told me the limo was planning on leaving in 5 minutes and to get downstairs from the hotel ASAP but I was already outside... they lied! The limo was already gone and we were waiting outside stranded. my husband called back and begged him to turn back around and he never did and said that he couldn't because he would miss his other appointment. So in the end I took a cab to the church, had red eyes from crying, and it was a truly awful way to start off my wedding. Please don't use them because I would not wish this on any bride, they obviously have no concern for their costumers and their feelings. They went against their contractual agreement to wait and charge us for additional minutes... and in the end the company still tried to charge us for the pick up. read more
