Love the nostalgia factor of it! Surprised to see no drive thru! But the bank did what it had to do!

This use to be the best bank. I have a home loan, auto loan, and all regular accounts there. Ever…read moresince they switched to "FourLeaf" which they claimed was strictly just a name change, it's all gone down hill. I use to pay my mortgage directly with a transfer. Now it's a complicated process that takes days to withdraw. I am very disappointed in the company transition. On a positive note, the new ATM with different bill options is nice.

Been with Bethpage FCU for over a decade - personal accounts, business accounts, mortgage, equity…read moreline, credit cards. It was a wonderful bank/credit union. Never had a negative experience. I referred Bethpage to everyone including my clients. I couldn't praise them enough. Everything worked great with the mobile banking which is crucial Now, Fourleaf is a completely different, animal. I opened a corporate bank account the very beginning of January 2026. It took the branch 5 days to process the paperwork. A Week later I began my banking. I immediately could not process mobile deposits, they won't allow you to link accounts to transfer from bus to/from personal. Ironically, Zelle (the same outcome) is the only option but that won't work either - So I go to the branch, get it set up & looks good, go to office to make transfer --app says contact 800 number. Now 3-5 days to verify identity? Oh no, the dreaded form request had to be sent to the "digital team". Hit or miss results . I just can't keep calling the 800# or going to the branch for every simple transaction to get these services turned on. NEVER was an issue with Bethpage. It's been a few weeks now, after at least 10 calls to the 800 number and hours of my time I just got access today to do a mobile deposit. Still can't move anything - Zelle, transfer or anything. I've gone back to the branch 3 times to fix theses issues and still nothing is fixed. I am forced to get in my car (in the evenings, I work until 8pm), go to the Patchogue branch and do everything with the ATM machine. Meanwhile, unsavory loiterers hangout in front of 7 Eleven next door following you around begging for money. I can't move/deposit funds online. It's a big issue/safety issue. The cherry on the cake - BFCU gave you a nice, binder ledger with plenty of checks. FourLeaf - ZIP, nothing, not even 5 or 10 starter blank drafts. So I can't even write a check from the business and mobile/atm deposit a check to access. I really do not want to withdraw a lot of cash to redeposit cash into another account - atm is the only way right now and the environment is not safe. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Sincerely unfortunate.

I never realized a bank could be this irresponsible until my experience with TD Bank…read more They closed my joint locker (safety deposit box) without informing me at all -- no call, no message, nothing. They have all my contact details, yet didn't even try to reach out. There was even money in my account that could've been used for any charges, but instead they just went ahead and made decisions on their own. What's shocking is that they reassigned my locker to another person and had no proper record showing that I even had that locker( safety deposit box) in the first place. That alone shows how unreliable and disorganized their system is. I had to argue with them just to get clarity, and only after 4 days did they finally contact me -- not to fix the issue, but to tell me about the charges and that they had already taken out my belongings. On top of that, I ended up paying almost $350 total, including old charges and a drill fee (around $150-$190). A drill fee on me? After opening my locker, removing my belongings, and putting everything at risk -- I'm the one being charged? That makes no sense. What's even worse is that I actually had the key to my locker. That's supposed to mean it's secure. So what's the point of giving customers a key if the bank can just drill it open and access everything inside without even informing them? There was absolutely no apology for the frustration they caused, and no sense of guilt or accountability from the staff -- even though it was clear they were in the wrong. Instead, I was made to feel like it was somehow my fault. At this point, I honestly don't even know who is responsible or who is managing things properly, because no one seems to have clear answers or take ownership. This whole situation is very concerning. I paid everything just to get my own belongings back. That's not how you show safety to your clients. I'm not even sure if anything is missing, since I didn't have a full list of what was inside. Who is going to compensate me for the frustration, wasted time, and stress this caused? Treat your clients better. Goodbye. You charged me fully, added extra fees, gave me all this headache, and accessed my personal belongings without proper notice. This is completely unacceptable. I've never been someone who posts negative reviews, but this situation really crossed the line and left me extremely disappointed.
