I've been putting everything into the money market when I realized I wasn't earning in the checking, while all along I believe I should have been. All spilt milk really as it's a couple hundred bux. I like that I've finally got a branch close to home but the drive through ATM is constantly out of service as it was last night, I walked in to talk about a stolen account number and they wanted to charge me 30 bux to stop checks - Really kick a guy when he's down. Overall I like the bank, the branch itself is hit or miss. I've sat with a few reps and did some inside banking, mostly I stick to inline when I can.

Yeah, one upside just to TD banks in general are their hours. Seven days a week and they're open on a few federal holidays (i.e. today). So with being off for the week, my girlfriend and I swung by this branch to plan for the future and open a savings account. We strolled in and I found the place to look quite prestigious (for a bank) and classy in style compared to the Capital One branch I'm used to banking at. We waited maybe five minutes before a bank employee came over to help us out. Whether she ever reads this review or not, I have to give a major shout out and super props to Lauren. She was extremely down to earth and personable throughout the account process. My girlfriend and I had a few questions and she beat us to the punch before we even had a chance to ask. We were in and out and super impressed in about a half hour. She gave us her card if we had any further questions or want to do any future changes or banking there, which I would totally consider after this awesome interaction. Overall, I know it's just a TD bank, but a big part of banking and dealing with money is having good customer service. You want to feel comfortable and relaxed when working this stuff out. Lauren had that tenfold, and whether she's always there or whether future transactions will be similarly processed is all told by time. For now, an easy five star review.
