With ATMs in countless stores, drive-through ATMs readily available, and online banking so prevalent....it's just not as necessary as it once was. When you do need to talk with a person, it's nice to know someone is there for you. I have made some transactions for which I wanted to do with a person recently so I came inside and was helped promptly and politely by a teller each time. No hassle whatsoever. I also recently needed to close a business checking account (not because I wasn't satisfied but because I no longer needed it). I dealt with Katie who was extremely helpful. We accomplished the task at hand in just a few minutes, didn't ask me a million questions, and even went over different account types they had available for my personal just to make sure I was setup the best way possible for my needs. My most recent visit (today, 12/9/14) I needed to wire transfer some money. I had never done this before so even though it is possible to do online, I wanted to do it in person. I walked in, sat down, and not 20 seconds passed before I was greeted and told someone would be right with me. Less than a minute after that, a gentlemen told me he would be with me momentarily, I then watched as he assisted the previous customer he had been working with (an elderly lady) to the door. Upon completion of his kind gesture he introduced himself to me as Bill and invited me to sit down at his desk. Needless to say, the wire transfer was complete with no hassle once again and I have been reassured in my decision to continue to do my banking with Chase.

Please fix your broken ATM. You have a large clientele, and there are times that I have to sit…read morewaiting for an ATM for 10 minutes. Now that you only have one. It looks like you just took out the ATM, are you going to fix it? You also do not have a drive-through, which is also very inconvenient. I know you have an ATM inside, but sometimes it's inconvenient to walk inside. This bank does not feel like it's very customer friendly. I've asked about the drive-through repeatedly and they said they were getting too many not real money through the drive-through. What? So they close the drive-through for good. I wish I had known this before I signed up with this bank. It's a very popular bank and has a lot of outside ATM customers as well as inside teller customers. I'm sure you're making plenty of money and can fix your ATM, if you choose to.

I had been banking with Fifth Third Bank for around 3 years and had NUMEROUS issues. Too many to count and to tell you the truth I do not know why I stayed. After a terrible two hour ordeal, I decided I was going to just close the account and move to Wells Fargo. Everyone I knew that had Wells Fargo were long time account holders - 10+ years. As soon as my Husband and I walked in we were greeted with friendly faces. Veronica Salinas was our Personal Banker for the whole experience. She was polite, friendly, helpful, patient, and kind. What a concept! She was even kind enough to go the extra mile in helping me consider my first steps toward full credit repair. A sincere Thank You to Mrs. Salinas for turning my entire day around and helping me make the best decision for both my personal and business banking needs. Her desk sports an award for her exceptional service to Wells Fargo for many years and I can see why. We all have the option, every day, to be a light and be "others focused". You will probably will get hit with excessive purchasing fee which run in the amount from 20 to 25 dollars.
