We were having issues w/a cashier check, from one of our other bank accounts, (a cashier check is supposed to be as valid as cash) so we went back to Chase, where we have numerous accounts, Raul took care of all of all our cash banking needs. He was very efficient, friendly, seemed happy ~ a reflection of his employer, making for a very pleasant experience. This fellow is very young. If he has pride in his work & customer service this early in his career, I'm confident he'll be successful in any endeavor. Chase is lucky to have him.

It often feels understaffed, which leads to longer waits and limited availability for basic banking services. The ATMs are another recurring issue. Too often they're out of cash or unable to perform certain transactions, and the drive-thru ATM seems to have similar reliability problems. It's incredibly frustrating to make a longer trip only to find that the ATM can't do what you need. Overall, it feels like the level of service has steadily declined over time. With fewer branches available, I would expect the remaining locations to be better staffed and maintained. Instead, it seems like customers are being asked to do more while receiving less service in return.
