She also gave me attitude when I wanted to delve into this new verification system because it is hindering me from achieving my debit card. However I was never notified about this new update. It even has a second drive thru lane for that old school shuttle it up, with new age monitor to see the banking associate. You can opt to go inside anytime of day/night with your card to use ATM as well. The inside of location is open and airy. Straight ahead for the tellers and go to either side to see a banking associates for all other banking needs.

I was approved, and called the telephone banking number to make an appt to come in and open accnt, and take my loan. I was trying to go to a different branch but was advised they were understaffed, and I should try the Valley Stream branch, and did NOT need an appt. I went into the Valley Stream branch, was advised I could open accounts and book loan that day. I checked in, and had to sit & wait. There were a few other people waiting, however we were all serviced in a timely manner. People would leave, as the next person was coming in to sit with reps. In my time waiting, I used the ATM and was surprised at it being an up-to-date machine. I was called over by Pamela Parasram. She was polite and assisted me with the account opening. She chatted with me, booked my loan and set up the online banking for me. Everything was seemless and stressfree. This is how banking should be! I found it very intrusive. None of the big Banks does that except them. I did also a time deposit. It is clearly stated that it will expire for 4 months. They say it supposed to finish in October. I went today and they said it will finish in Dec 17 instead of October 17 as agreed upon. Do not ever trust this liars.
