Anyhoo, three years later and yes, I still use this Chase bank from time to time. I've gone inside for service and I've used the drive-through. Either experience is often fast and always friendly. The only tricky part is that it's located on a corner near an intersection, so sometimes I have issues with traffic. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The woman who helped me mostly stared at me and told me that I can not sell my car without a title. Okay, I'm new at this, but I did have that concept. I was asking questions like if I pay off today, can I get a temporary title, until the real one comes in? Does the title come to the bank to mailed to my home? Is it possible to put a rush on it?
