I made the appointment with Bridget Mustain and she was SO helpful! I had 5 accounts and it was time consuming, but Bridget took her time to help me through the process and to answer all of my questions. She was so patient and professional - I really enjoyed having her help me. At the end of it all, she got up, came over to me and gave me a hug! Customer service like this is very difficult to come by these days - US Bank better hang on to her, she's a keeper!

Dumb as rocks.. so using the debit card is a hassle, though i am uncertain if that's the case everywhere.. I carry cash with me just in case it gets flagged for buying a soda after purchasing gas at the same location..

It has now closed and moved locations to Sawmill. I stopped at that location today for the first time. While it is pretty inside, I would prefer to not have to go in right now. I didn't see any of the staff I am used to and being an introvert there was way too much interaction for my preferences. I will be finding a location that still has a drive through.
