I made the appointment with Bridget Mustain and she was SO helpful! I had 5 accounts and it was time consuming, but Bridget took her time to help me through the process and to answer all of my questions. She was so patient and professional - I really enjoyed having her help me. At the end of it all, she got up, came over to me and gave me a hug! Didn't even make it to the counter when I was greeted by a personal banker who came out of his office after probably seeing there was a slight wait for a teller. Said he could take care of the withdrawal and after hearing my story, verified my debit card, processed a pending fraud claim, offered-but didn't get pushy- with additional security services for the account. Was really nice to have a little extra service-wish the BMV offered that! If you're in, look for Mitchell Collins, really gave extra service that is usually lacking these days.

The only real issue i have, which i assume i would have anywhere, is the fraud department are morons.. Dumb as rocks.. so using the debit card is a hassle, though i am uncertain if that's the case everywhere.. I carry cash with me just in case it gets flagged for buying a soda after purchasing gas at the same location..

I've had the drive-up ATM at the branch near me eat a check, which took several weeks to rectify, (although Chase credited me the money until it was resolved), and the ATM is frequently having technical issues. I started going to the Chase branch on Frantz Rd., and have always had EXCEPTIONAL service. I have never spent more than 4 minutes (I'm a busy mom and business owner, so for me, time is invaluable) in the drive-up teller line, being helped, or using or waiting for the ATM. The people inside are always genuine, courteous, professional and extremely friendly - not creepy friendly, just genuinely friendly. The ATMs are always functional, and I've never had it eat my checks. This branch is, in my opinion, top of the class. I'm so thankful I found this branch. It's now my go-to branch.

Access is a little funky, off the service road. And the ATM/drive-through setup is weird, in its own little island lot off to the side. Be alert, and pull into the first lane on the left if you're going there. Service, as with every other Huntington location, is friendly and fast. Their accounts are very competitive.
