The teller line was exceptionally long - apparently they'd had a rush of people all at once - and so the bankers started helping out the customers. They were also going up and down the line offering refreshments! That was just such a nice surprise and such an excellent example of going the extra mile. I couldn't find this place again without a map, but if you're looking for a bank to visit on the regular, I'd have to recommend you give this place a shot.

Every possible thing that could go wrong with my transferring my funds from a bank I had for years,…read morewhich is going under, did. I had a good sum of money to open accounts being savings and investment accounts, to bring to Agoura Hills was done improperly and the only 2 bankers there did not know what they were doing, nor did they care. This resulted in 2 weeks of lost funds, no return calls, rudeness in person when desperately turned to bank manager Alex, Soren and the initial banker who never even faxed transfer sheets to my former bank. This has been one terrifying experience. I am 73 and every cent I have to my name was rejected by Wells Fargo which landed over 6 figures in Capitol One and the investment account's transfer deadline missed. This has been one of the most stressful experiences I have ever had; loss of every cent. Finally, I told my husband how I was rudely reprimanded by Soren for coming in 'so late' for 2 appointments when they were booked prior and on his calendar! My husband stepped in and met me at his branch in westlake village on westlake blvd. If you must use or continue to use wells fargo, the Agoura Hills branch is disrespectful and does not know what they are doing. There are no returned calls and you are taking a huge risk with your money. I will stay with the very professional Wells Fargo near Sprouts on Westlake near by. I still have to wait for a very large sum to come in as there was a deadline with my bank closing and my money was sent out to Capitol one which I do not even use. At all costs, save yourself high stress and mismanagement of funds by Agoura Hills Wells Fargo. Last but not least, I was told in Westlake that I am 'crazy', as they lost and mismanaged all funds to my name.

I am writing to express my utmost frustration and distress regarding the way Ventura County Credit…read moreUnion has been handling my credit account. I feel that I am being racially discriminated against by Susan Marshall in Collections, as my credit has been wrongly reviewed and reported. Despite being assured that my payments would not be reported, I have diligently made four payments only to find that Ventura County Credit Union continues to report that I am not making payments. This misinformation is affecting my credit score significantly, as this account is currently the only negative item on my report. Additionally, in 2018, my account was sold to a collection agency. After arranging to pay off the debt with the agency, the account was mysteriously transferred back to Ventura County Credit Union, creating further confusion and turmoil. Not only have I been misled about the reporting of my payments, but every attempt to dispute the inaccuracies has been met with negligence and further misinformation from Ventura County Credit Union. Despite providing documentation that clearly shows discrepancies in their reporting, the credit bureaus are not properly investigating the matter and are inexplicably ignoring the evidence I have provided. This ongoing ordeal has taken a severe toll on my mental well-being, as it is hindering my progress in improving my credit and achieving my financial goals. I am in desperate need of assistance to rectify this situation and ensure that my credit is accurately reflected. I've also had a documentation showing that I have been making payments along with the dispute confirmation from Equifax that Ventura County credit Union answered to and sent false documentation saying that I only made one payment which is actually two payments that they combined. All along this account is closed and it's a charge off but on the documentation, you can see how they charge me 30 something dollars interest every month for charge off account. Why would the company have so much interest in destroying someone's life or Credit? What would be the reason? I have plenty of documents to show how evil the collections manager Susan Marshall has been towards me. Sad to say I can't get No one to give me her up line or supervisor info.

First time for me to go inside this branch. Dear Hubby does most of the errands, including…read morebanking, while I am working during the weekdays. We had gone out together on a Wednesday afternoon to run some other errands and stopped in to take care of a few items. I'd had an ATM card go missing; learned it was because they hadn't updated my address (even though they updated the overall addy on the account, and for DH, but not for me??), so the renewal card went into the ether or an old address. They were able to print a new one right in the branch. Yay! I also needed to sign to be joint owner of a newer account, and the customer service rep was able to take care of that, too. The branch office was pretty deserted at 3:00 on a Wednesday. It seemed they had a lot of employees working and not that many members to serve. They play upbeat music; kudos to whichever service they use for their selection. No sleepy elevator tunes, but not obnoxiously loud, either. The facilities are very clean - floors, desks, tables, chairs. That's a plus. Since they're close to the freeway (and bank robberies are evidently a SoCal thing), they have a security door lock system when going in and out. Not something I'm used to, but it makes sense in this crazy era in which we live. The rep who worked with us was efficient, but not overly friendly. When we thanked them for handling our requests, there wasn't a response. Normally you'd expect some kind of an acknowledgement, i.e., "Thank you for being members", or something of the like. Oh well, just a reminder to me when I'm speaking with a client to let them know that my company appreciates their business! Always lessons to be learned when out & about in the world TCB.

5-Star Review -- Comerica Bank, Westlake Village…read more Comerica Bank in Westlake Village is the definition of true relationship banking. From the moment you walk in, you are treated like more than just an account number -- they take the time to understand your financial life, your priorities, and your future goals. My personal relationship banker goes above and beyond -- not just opening accounts or processing transactions, but actually acting as a trusted advisor and "accounting country banker" for my long-term plans. Every conversation feels intentional, helpful, and focused on building a better financial future. If you want a bank that invests in you as a person, not just a customer, this is the branch to go to. Thank you to the Comerica Westlake Village team for raising the standard of what banking should feel like.

Unfortunately three days ago I went to this branch to get some cash, Sophie was the teller Who handed me the $100 bills. I went to Bank of America the day after to deposit the amount into my account. That was the time I realized that one of the $100 bills that you see in the picture was fake. BofA branch manager confirmed that the bill was fake and they did not give me the money back. They just gave me a report and told me that I have to go back to East West Bank and show them the the report to get reimbursement on the fake bill. It has been two days since then that Alhina and Sara Have been calling me from East West Bank and they're just repeating themselves that I cannot get my money back from them because They are not responsible for the money once it is out of their branch! My question to the bank Would be how should I know if the money that I'm getting from my bank is fake or not? Why they do not have a machine to count the money in front of customers to Show that the money is not fake? All other banks have the machine that detects fake bills and also counts the bills in front of a customer. This branch not only has the machine to count the bills in front of the customers but also they count the bills by hand which can create lots of issues like the one I am facing now. After following up multiple times with them via phone calls and emails at the end branch is telling me I have to wait for a month or even more for the treasury to confirm that the money is fake. They are telling me that just because I am a loyal customer in case the money is fake they will pay me the $100 after a month or so. (It means if I were not a client with multiple active accounts they would not take responsibility for their own mistake!) Why should I as the customer should be the person who is getting affected because of this bank not being able to issue real bills to customers?! Shouldn't we trust our banks?! Or should we expect them to hand fake bills to us these days?!
