The cochran branch closed the account then says "oh soooo sorry the statements are gone" wtf!! They never gave us an opportunity to print them first!!' I've been trying to get them for a year mailed through CS . i wished i'd have saved all that headache and just came to this branch . Friday AM .. i made appointment . Greeted at the door . Two tellers , no lines last appointment leaving while i'm walking in.. great no wait , how can i help you " i need 1Q2024 for one account that we closed due to ID theft on my husband. " "Sure !" Have a seat in my office ... and within 10 minutes i had printed statements . Sabdi was perplexed why the other branch wouldn't help! Thank you Sabdi for being pro active . You probably saved us from having to pay taxes since i have that quarters expenses ! Much love!!' I also needed a notary however she was on vacation- we'll come here next time . but Sabdi did try to get an appointment for me at cochran and they refused again (not knowing i was already on their list as a back up plan) . They told her no can do. "All full at the inn" But sabdi reminded me that AAA offers the service. I ended up there within 10 min again I had my notary paperwork completed and since we are AAA premier members notary was free! Thanks again for this tip Sabdi. Now if my cpa has as much good news that will make the smoothest "paper work Friday" ever!

Made an appointment over the phone then Allison came and got me right on time. She was super friendly and made suggestions on how to open the accounts. Everything was done in 45 minutes. I don't trust the big banks anymore, and only use credit unions. Now I have three different ones. The greeter as you walk in was very nice as well. Moving out of state at the beginning of the year, so I am glad I will have no issues writing checks etc. Thanks again Allison.

I asked that a check be cleared same day to cover an unexpected bill and was brushed off with little attempt at resolution-- management couldn't even be bothered. Help me understand something..... At US bank in Simi Valley Ca if you deposit over $2500.00 in cash…read moreyou get charged a percentage of any cash amount you deposit into your business account. They're penalizing us for depositing cash. They're literally stealing money from me. Apparently we went over the $2500.00 limit and got a service fee (not a flat fee but a percentage of the money we deposit each time) for it deducted from our bank account. They took money out of our account because we deposited cash. And it's not a one time fee it's every deposit after you hit that $2500 limit WTH?? What banks don't penalize you for depositing cash???? I'm done. I asked US bank if they understood what a bank does -they take our money cash check or charge and they put it all in a little account for us. The teller could not even explain why just kept telling me every bank does it. They're horrible- you wait in line for up to an hour to make the deposit and they only have 1 teller who is brand new and all of the other people just sitting there doing nothing. I just can't anymore. Do NOT go to US bank they steal your money that you worked for. Their customer service is a joke.

I was referred to Premier and esp Yolanda to buy out the existing loan and take a new loan through Premier America. BEST move ever! Met with Yolanda the day after we purchased the car (with crap loan!) and Yolanda was able to get me a loan with payments just over $100 a month! We had several issues communicating with the original car dealership and Yolanda answered all my emails quickly and assured me once we received the registration, everything will move forward and happen. Yolanda and Premier America at this Town Center Way branch in Simi Valley I can't rave highly enough about!

A nice and quick cash withdrawal process here at this Chase bank location. They have a ATM outside…read morethe main door but I went inside and use the ATM next to the teller window. The good thing about this Chase bank is that their ATM is indoor and not outdoor so you can feel more safe while doing your transactions. When I was there, there was only 1 window open so that's why I used the ATM to withdraw my cash. There also a lot of parking too since this Chase bank is in a plaza with not that many stores open anymore. I wore my mask when I went inside.
