I opened an account at this branch to take advantage of a new account sign up bonus. I filled out…read moreall the paperwork at the branch and wired in money to establish the account. 90 days later, my account qualified for the sign up bonus. 110 days after opening up the account, I contacted the branch to find out when the sign up bonus would be applied. I was told the account was not W9 verified. But I filled out the W9 form when I opened the account. I was told they didnt have the W9 and I would have to come to the branch to fill out the form again. I went to the branch the next day and filled out the form and headed home. 2 weeks later, I inquired again about the new account bonus. Guess what? I was told the account was not W9 verified. Again, I went to the branch, spoke with a third person, filled out the W9 form and went home. I went on a vacation and contacted Citibank upon my return. We are now in the middle of January. I qualified for the new account bonus in November. So we are 3 months in and once again, I am being told the account is not W9 verified. I will be at the branch again tomorrow to finally resolve this issue. And then I will be closing the account. Oh, and when I try to call the branch directly, I always get voice mail and then transferred to the generic customer service so I can never speak with anyone at the branch. This has been the worst banking experience of my life.

Fourleaf has many branches and is expanding quickly. From branch to branch the model stay the…read moresame, just the location and size differ. For that reason most reviews will be very similar. Doing business here is not like any other bank I have ever been in. This Fourleaf is a large stand alone with its' own parking lot. Only one entrance / exit makes it simple. But... Once you go in, it's a whole new world. Big bright and without a doubt the friendliest bank team ever. Making a deposit, the reason I usually go there is actually a pleasant experience. First, there is NO huge piece of glass between you and the teller which mean you can actually speak to each other. They always wear a big smile and carry a friendly personality. Fourleaf (formally Bethpage FCU) is a pleasure to do business with and their costs are extremely reasonable. I have free checking and saving without having to keep a ridiculous balance. Clearly, I am a fan and recommend this shop. It was also so nice to see a chmage counting machine. The money counted must go into one of your accounts and that really beats counting and using change rollers KUDOs to the team at FourLeaf Federal Credit Union

I received an Official bank check payable to my company, issued by the Royal Bank of Canada,…read moreMontreal Canada and payable through JP Morgan Chase New York. The check was paid in US Dollars and clearly so stated on the bank check. I took this check to be deposited to my account on the 27th October 2023. The tellers keep insisting that the check is in Canadian Dollars, even though the check clearly stated US Dollars. Further the routing number on the check goes to JP Morgan Chase New York. Very frustrated and disappointed I left the bank, since the tellers are insisting it's Canadian Dollars and will take 6 to 8 weeks for the funds to be available. I returned ti the same bank on November 4, 2023, got the same answers again. I then went to another Bethpage Branch in New Hyde Park, and what do you know, they processed my check, scanned it and deposited the funds into my account. This fiasco occurred at the 1145 Willis Avenue Branch. I would suggest that any banking relationship that deviates from the norm, please go to another bank or branch. For sure I'm changing my accounts and going to where the tellers etc understand the banking rules instead of giving their customers the royal run around.

I love Chase Bank and have written three 5 star and glowing Yelp reviews for their branches in Lake…read moreForest California, Herndon Virginia and Hicksville New York. I used this branch sporadically in the last 6 years as the homes we built and sold were just a 2 minute drive south. Service at this branch has always been weird and up and down, more down. The one highlight - Friday 09/19/25 - they had the managers and greeters( 3 total) by the door greeting everyone with enthusiasm and trying to have conversations hoping to show people skills. Today - back to reality - I have been with Chase for 37 years - two accounts and a large locker at another branch in Nassau county. The cashier Althea( spelling) busted my coglioni for three minutes just for asking for change for $200( not a withdrawl- I handed her 2 hundred dollar bills). I gave my ID, my memorized account number and yet the angry lady kept looking at my license for a while, then checking my accounts, then the license. She actually did not place the license in the little space under the glass. She flung it! A lady supervisor chimed in when I stated " never happened before in almost 40 years" and stated it was always policy. Then the icing - I verbally asked for 10 ten dollar bills and 5 twenty dollar bills. She said she forgot and if I could write it. I did and she still messed up. I thought about going to the Branch Manager who was sitting in his cubicle and seeing and hearing all this but decided against it! Just smiled and waved! Not going to let 2 morons mess with my magnificent day and pretty awesome week. I don't know if anyone from Chase reads this or even cares. Some of the personnel at this branch need a serious retrain. Lesson for me - go to a different and familiar branch.

I have been fortunate to have been assisted numerous times now by Alex Polovetsky , a relationship banker at this branch who is extremely knowledgeable , kind and is one of those people who has that genuine commitment to helping others . He not only immediately returns calls but also follows up and comes up with solutions to any and all of your banking needs . What truly stands out to me is his willingness to go above and beyond. I also have had the pleasure of being assisted by Tara , the branch manager, who always has the time to say hello and is ready to assist you with any and all of your questions and concerns . All of the tellers here are so kind and try to help you in any way they can. One of the tellers at this branch who stands out to me is Beth who is so friendly, personable and always has a smile on her face and takes the time to get to know you . All and all I really like this particular branch as they really have great customer service and make you feel at home each and every time you visit .
