I had a very disappointing experience at the Roanoke,TX branch while trying to get documents notarized for my LLC. As an existing customer, I expected a routine and professional process. The branch does accept walk-ins, so we proceeded without an appointment. After waiting about 10 minutes, we were assisted by Ashley Drake, whose demeanor was immediately rude, dismissive, and short. She complained about the number of documents we had (only three), which is a very reasonable request. She then questioned the validity of attorney-prepared documents simply because the LLC is based in Ohio. All members of the LLC were present, and notaries are authorized to notarize documents regardless of the state in which they are being used, so this added confusion and delay was unnecessary. She then left to speak with her manager, causing additional delay. After waiting even longer, she returned and told us she had another appointment and could no longer help us--leaving us without service after already waiting. We ultimately left and went to another Chase branch in Fort Worth, where the experience was completely different. The staff there were professional, efficient, and had no issue notarizing the documents. It was night and day. Honestly, it makes sense why the Roanoke branch was empty while the Fort Worth branch was busy with a line--yet they actually provided great service. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. A basic service like notarization should be handled professionally, with clear communication, and respect for customers' time. Instead, we experienced poor attitude, lack of preparedness, and no follow-through. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the Keller branch and its customer service standards. read more

Came after school to open a High School Checking account for my kids so they can set up direct deposit for a future job; however, we were told it would take an hour to open up both accounts so they can go over things. The branch closes at 5PM so that was not possible. We opened up a teen checking account online with Capital One instead and it only took a few minutes! read more

My husband and I walked into have him added to a signature card and I took off early. We were quickly told we'd have to make an appointment for tomorrow or Saturday'. The rep told us it was due to having one banker! This is a busy area and to only have staffed one banker it pitiful! You could tell she didn't have any consideration or concern. This is the worst branch ever!!! Incompetent staff and a poor, unprofessional district/regional office. The regional assistant Deana McDonald hung up on my. We are all dealing with the effects of the Coronavirus and this is what this broad does. Chase will never have to worry about me as a customer at the Roanoke level or any other level. Yelp said that I need to be more specific about my experience. Here it is. I took a check to the drive through to cash. Keep in mind I have a Chase credit card and I am on the account as a signer of the entity that wrote the check. Since I didn't have a checking/savings account, they charged me $8.00 to cash the check written on their account. think about that. So, I disputed it. The teller got indignant with me and I requested to speak to the manager. She was polite, but refused to waive the $8.00. All I wanted to do was cash a check written against the financial institution. you would think that they would have at least been nice about it... not holier than thou. I later found out that I should have been allowed to cash the check since I have a credit card and was on that account as a signer. No more Chase Roanoke for me. Value being treated like a human too much. read more

This has to be the slowest branch in the metroplex. Ridiculous that the drive thru lanes take so long to deposit or cash a check.

Great place to bank if you want your info sold to telemarketers, and if you like the feeling that they just want to make a buck off you instead of providing any semblance of customer service. I tried them out because of their location but couldn't take their lack of care and constant screw ups on my account. Chase is a bank- and a really large bank at that- how is it that the debit card I received from them somehow didn't exist once I tried to activate it... Even their call center couldn't figure it out. How is it that a check that I wrote to myself was flagged as fraud and held for 12 days? If I could give them 0 stars I would, unfortunately I have to give them a 1... BTW, closed my account due to their rudeness and went with a less convenient but customer oriented credit union. read more

This is by far the slowest Chase bank I've ever been to in my whole life. Unfortunately it's the only one around my current address so I'm forced to go and just figure I'm going to be waiting for about 15 min in the drive-thru whether they are busy or I'm the only one. read more

Very slow service inside and out. Bankers sitting in office staring at PC like they are busy and tellers working drive through and inside counters. I take a check for payment. It is written on a Chase Account. So I drive up to the Chase bank in Roanoke, Texas to cash the check. Surprise, not possible at this bank. The check was over $2,500 so I made sure to have several forms of ID with me. After being refused I asked to see a manager to find out why they would not honor the promissory note (Check). They would not even convert it into a cashiers check for me. The person had 10 times that amount in their account, but the bank would not honor the promissory note. I was told that if I had an account that they would cash that check for me. That puzzles me. It is not my account in question. It is the account that the check represents. The manager of course was very rude and wanted to argue with me over how checks are supposed to work. This person wanted to show me who was boss and treated me very poorly. I will never do business at this Chase in Roanoke Texas again. read more

The customer service at this branch is horrible. just waited an hour and 20 minutes to be told that they didn't have a personal banker that would help us. interacted with several of their employees and they assured us 30 minutes into our wait that it would just be a few more minutes. Several other people who were also waiting were asked to do their business online, I believe that if you go into a bank to do personal business, they should have the employees available to you to handle your business.
