The branch does accept walk-ins, so we proceeded without an appointment. After waiting about 10 minutes, we were assisted by Ashley Drake, whose demeanor was immediately rude, dismissive, and short. She complained about the number of documents we had (only three), which is a very reasonable request. She then questioned the validity of attorney-prepared documents simply because the LLC is based in Ohio. All members of the LLC were present, and notaries are authorized to notarize documents regardless of the state in which they are being used, so this added confusion and delay was unnecessary. She then left to speak with her manager, causing additional delay. After waiting even longer, she returned and told us she had another appointment and could no longer help us--leaving us without service after already waiting. We ultimately left and went to another Chase branch in Fort Worth, where the experience was completely different. The staff there were professional, efficient, and had no issue notarizing the documents. It was night and day. Honestly, it makes sense why the Roanoke branch was empty while the Fort Worth branch was busy with a line--yet they actually provided great service. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. A basic service like notarization should be handled professionally, with clear communication, and respect for customers' time. Instead, we experienced poor attitude, lack of preparedness, and no follow-through. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the Keller branch and its customer service standards.

Please avoid Prosperity Bank. I was trying to give them a second chance to make a first impression,…read moreand it's just more of the same. I'm in a store today and needed a refund for an item I paid for with my debit card. The first two times they tried, they received an error message that said 'debit card unavailable'. I tried the mobile app. It's down. I tried the website when I got home. It's down. I clicked contact customer service. The link is disabled. I called customer service. No one answers. I choose the option for automated account information and the call disconnects. This is craziness. Technology usually moves forward. As soon as everything I have pending clears, I'm out. Screw this. This is a full on nightmare, just when I thought this year couldn't get any worse. Legacy Bank was absorbed by Prosperity Bank effective 6/8/2020. Today is 6/10/2020 and I tried to use my debit card for the first time. No dice. I was already trying to be cool about my banking history which has disappeared, but now you're holding my money hostage? Customer service is nonexistent. I hung up after 35 the first time I called today. As I write, I'm 42 minutes into the second call. But hey, they understand that my time is valuable, so there's that. The reviews that say direct deposits are missing are giving me a panic attack. I've been on board with credit unions for over 20 years, but this will be what finally forces me to a real bank. It's a sad day.
