Had a great experience at this Chase bank location after dealing with a ripped dollar bill from a Facebook marketplace transaction. I tried to swap it out at the 44th street Chase branch but they told me it was mutilated and I'd have to mail it to Washington DC... Indian School Chase said it was ripped and replaced it for me quick and easy! (Granted I think the 44th St location has a lot more customer volume so the service is very brisk) This location also has a Chase Private Client branch inside the bank as well as awesome architecture on the inside and out! (Beautiful lobby and interior) Highly recommend Chase Indian School if you have a complex matter or need additional support since they have awesome service. read more

I came into this bank and waited over 38 minutes before a teller came to me and told me they would advise i come back to schedule ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. After sitting here waiting and having SEVERAL people called prior to me - one person had an appointment the other were all in line BEHIND ME. So making an appointment doesn't help and the sense of urgency doesn't exist. Any other chase location on a Wednesday after would have done their due diligence in serving all the patrons not SELECTIVELY deciding who get a service and who's asked to come back. Feels like cultural competency and fair and equal treatment for all chase customers doesn't exist here. read more

Had a very long relationship with this bank. Even my parents banked there when it was Valley National Bank. Being a Chase Private customer I recently applied for a mortgage to take advantage of a lower rate. The underwriters were the most invasion, rude, ignorant people. I was harassed with one silly question after another. The one question that caused me to stop the application was, 'why do you have a P.O. Box?' After that I asked to withdrawal my application. That I was going to another back. A week later Chase sent a letter saying they denied the loan. So long Chase Bank and keep your Private Client Crap. read more

I had the misfortune of entering this branch intending to open a business account. I selected Chase based on the incentives offered to new customers, though the promotional emails nor website displayed any prominent recommendation to make an appointment. I was greeted by two friendly tellers, who promptly sought a specialist to assist me, but advised that I'd have to wait to be assisted. No problem there. However, after some time, a man (and his very cute dog) strolled into one of the little glass offices, only to make small talk with two of the private banking staff. After experiencing what I perceived to be preferential treatment (perhaps related to my "100 degree casual" attire), I asked to speak with the branch manager, Mr. Ryan Kuxhausen. He stated that the other individuals being serviced had appointments, doing so with the utterly comical (if not so insulting) dismissive and smug communication style of a Rodeo Drive shop girl in "Pretty Woman". When I went on to question if chatty-guy-with-dog had an appointment, Lisa, a Financial Advisor, replied, "he is my private client" in a way that I envision channeled her much earlier high school years of regularly making other kids feel very, very sad. As a result, I made the quick drive across the street and opened said account, with their competitor. read more

What a difference a day makes! Yesterday I shared my experience at the branch located at 32nd and Indian School Rd. I am happy to report the Branch Manager Frankie for that location, contacted me this morning to ensure I received a resolution. This morning I went into the branch located at 44th and Camelback. I did as I did before, contacted the Chase fraud team and walked into the branch to be assisted by a personal banker. I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan Dickerson who did not hesitate to assist with my need. When I walked in I explained to Jordan the ordeal I experienced yesterday and he immediately advised how he could aide while waiting for the fraud prevention team to take the necessary steps on their end. Jordan even took the liberty to review my account and see if any auto pay bills had been rejected and he printed for me a list of the merchants to ensure I would know who to update my accounting information with. Jordan's stellar experience is the reason I joined Chase 10 years ago and I want to personally thank him for making me feel like a valued customer in-spite of his calendar! read more

What a disappointment. I have been banking with chase since I've had a bank account. I bank with chase for convenience, they have locations everywhere and a company I contract for cuts checks from chase so checks clear quicker. I have 4 credit cards with them both business and personal and multiple accounts (both business and personal). I had an appointment to open another business account with them scheduled for 12:30 upon arrival I stood in the lobby waiting for a banker to come out to start our appointment or to be greeted by someone in the lobby to check in. There was nobody there to greet me and no banker came out to start my appointment. After over 5 minutes of waiting I had to wait in line to talk to a teller to ask about my appointment, she said my banker was wrapping up and to just have a seat. I sat down in the lobby and waited for another 10 minutes the teller came out when she had no one else to help and went over to my banker who was still with someone else to let them know I was here. Finally after 20 minutes from my arrival the banker comes out with a soft apology as if I'd only been waiting for 5 minutes. In my industry I wouldn't even dream of being 20 minutes late to an appointment, let alone with no notice that the appointment was going to be that late. Now I get it they are understaffed with covid. But I don't think it would be acceptable in any industry to keep someone waiting for that long. If I had a reservation at a restaurant that would also be unacceptable for them to do, and that's just eating a meal. Not opening up a business account. I'm supposed to give them my business when they clearly don't respect my time. I asked to speak to the manager and there wasn't one there so they got me the acting manager. What a horrible display of customer service. Instead of acknowledging the fact that I had to wait for 20 minutes and that, that was unacceptable. They minimized saying, "I'm sorry you had to wait a little bit longer" a little bit is a couple minutes maybe 5 or ten tops. I'm not someone who clocks in I'm not on hourly or have a salary which is nice but it also means I don't clock out. So where I spend my time and what I do with it has a direct correlation to my livelihood. Now I am a younger guy and I didn't walk in with a suit and tie, but it's not like I came in to inquire about a checking or savings account I showed up on time to do business. The banker's excuse was that he didn't know I was there until the teller told him. He knows he has a 12:30 appointment and he knows when he's running late. That could have easily been communicated to me via a phone call, email or text. He could have let someone else at the bank know. He could have done anything at all, but didn't. The banker was visibly upset that I asked for his manager and at no point tried to save the relationship. At the end he could've said something like, "I'm sorry we got off on the wrong foot, we do value your time, we do appreciate your patience" but nothing was said because in his eyes there was nothing wrong, 20 minutes late to an appointment was normal. And that was probably the worst part of all, it wasn't the fact that they were late. It was their complete failure to see that as the issue. It wasn't an issue because my time was not being valued. Instead the issue was the teller not telling him or the fact that they were understaffed. Not the fact that they had wasted 20 minutes of my time which regardless of what my time is worth is inherently disrespectful. They may not value my time like I do, but they could at least pretend to care. Now I understand there are circumstances beyond their control, but there are things they do have control over, like customer service. They allowed the things they don't have control over to affect the things they do. The real manager doesn't get back until Friday, if chase didn't have it's hooks in me via multiple credit cards and the company I do business with using them I'd have closed my accounts and walked out. I don't leave reviews normally at all I often don't find it a good use of my time. But I'm writing this in the hopes I save someone else from wasting their time. TL;DR They were 20 minutes late to my appointment Seriously dropped the ball customer service wise And refused to pick it up even when given the opportunity to do so. If you value your time bank somewhere else cause they don't. read more

Extremely disappointed with this location. Last week, I noticed that there was a withdrawal of $1,000 from our account that neither myself or my husband had anything to do with. When speaking to the manager, he told my husband that there were MANY people with my same name in the chase system. This is no excuse. I have a cousin who works for Chase and after searching my name there were only a few of us. After doing some investigating, I found a girl through Facebook with a similar name to mine. My husband called her and confirmed with her that she had made a $1,000 withdrawal from this Chase branch. Thank god this woman was so honest. She informed us that she had told the teller THREE times that the name written on the withdrawal slip was NOT her name. The teller just crossed off the end of the name and initialed it without changing the account number. This IS a big deal and it did not seem that they thought it was. We let the branch manager know what had happened and he later called the woman who withdrew the money. According to her, he had asked her if he could ask her a few questions to save someone from getting fired (like we were the ones lying about what happened, when it was the teller who was not being honest). THANKFULLY she told him the truth and told him that his bank teller did not do her job correctly and let him know that she told the teller more than once that the name and account she wrote on the withdrawal slip was not her. Corey was very helpful and understanding of the situation. He kept in contact with both my husband and myself and let us know of any updates. We did get a call from Ryan letting us know that it WAS teller error and we did get our money back and the situation has been handled, however we do wish that it was handled differently. We are very thankful for Corey and this honest woman for helping us. read more
