Not sure why the other reviews are so low. We've been banking at this location for 15 years. The branch manager is very friendly. Yes they have had some turnover, but everyone is friendly. I love having a bank that is open inside and being able to get full banking services when I'm away in other states. Can't do that with the other banks in Monroe. They fit our financial needs in a bank with smiles. Glad they are here. read more

I think this is the worst Chase bank I've ever been to and I usually love the Chase Banks. The tellers were the RUDEST people I have EVER spoken with. I recently changed my name and nicely told them I was a little confused on how to cash my checks in my old name. All he did was bark at me about me having the wrong card and didn't seem to care about my name change at all. I would have asked to use the teller next to him but she was speaking rudely to someone as well. I will NEVER go back to this bank and plan to file a complaint higher up. No one should ever be treated like that with how nice I was being. Do NOT go to the bank unless you just need to use the ATM because you won't be treated with respect. read more

Tried for a home equity loan with these people and after many frivolous requests for information, finally decided to go elsewhere. If you decide to try Chase, be prepared to go nuts trying to satisfy their request for ancient financial information going back many years. read more
