I went inside chase bank today, I usually just use the atm outside. Inside it looks nice and clean, very well kept. The line was long too, on a Friday around 2 pm. But at least it was moving at a decent pace. Only two tellers, the one we dealt with was Jessica. She was very kind, very friendly, and she was also quick with our transactions today. Parking was also a bit hectic, probably because people are buying groceries for this Christmas weekend!

This isn't a bank where they might go up or whatever - this has been privately held for decades. And wait until you see it - it's insane. You'd need to be on some oceans 11 + cybernetic robot super soldier type tip to break in. It's not happening. So you're thinking : Ok it's better than a bank but what about just holding it myself? Ya - I hold some myself in my home safe in case of an emergency with no notice. But when you see this place you'll quickly realize no safe in your house can compete. This is like a nuclear vaultec secure bunker. This is a place for the long term. I cannot recommend it enough. And the owner, Chad (yes literally. Like a true gigachad) is SO accommodating, helpful, and earnest. This is his full time gig: accommodating your deposits and pickups. Yesterday, I had a family emergency and needed to get in my box and on a plane within hours. I called him and asked if I could get in (with less than an hours notice) On a Sunday nonetheless-he immediately replied, and despite being in the middle of a family birthday party, he said of course! I was in quite a state, and he graciously accommodated me and asked me how else he could help. He even offered to assist me in getting a car service lined up but I'd already set one in motion. Where else can you get that type of service and access? Knowing my belongings are safe, secure, and I can always get the best customer service is priceless to me. During a stressful and uncertain time, I was able to get in and out and on my way in less than hour. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am soooo grateful for your help yesterday and always providing me with peace of mind.

They put me in touch with a fixer who assured me he would stay in contact and get this fixed. He did this for a week claiming their team was working on it. His last email was how I need my Mac book operating on at least OS 11. I informed him with a picture that I am operating on Tahoe OS 26 Then he said that this is not true! Saying I was below OS 11. Basically calling me and my computer a liar. Now I have not heard a peep from them. This is so unprofessional- Do Not Bank with these people . Especially if you have an up to date Mac book. They obviously do not know what they are doing and they are dealing with peoples money

I was stuck behind someone at the ATM who was taking forever, only to realize the machine wasn't working and wouldn't accept his deposit. Thankfully there was a Loomis employee working on the ATM next to it, so I asked if she could help. At first she said no, but then mentioned she could try resetting it. Luckily that seemed to fix the issue, and we were finally able to move forward. The bigger problem is just how painfully slow these machines are. Every single step takes forever. For a bank this size, you'd think they would invest in faster, more reliable ATMs. The screen proudly says you can deposit up to 200 bills at once, which sounds impressive... except I only inserted around 20 bills and it still rejected a few of them. The bills weren't old, wrinkled, or damaged either, they were perfectly fine. I ended up having to feed the remaining bills in individually, and with how slow the machine processes everything, the deposit took way longer than it should have. Another disappointing change: the restroom that used to be available for customers is now marked "employees only." Small thing maybe, but it definitely doesn't make the branch feel very customer-friendly. The banking perks are great on paper, but the in-person experience is a whole different story.
