Their customer service is the best we've dealt with in the industry, and the system they set up for us was so effective that one of our own clients asked who we were using for payment processing and invoicing. They've helped us save money, given us peace of mind, and earned our trust to the point that we're happy to refer them to our own clients as a trusted vendor.

This isn't a bank where they might go up or whatever - this has been privately held for decades. And wait until you see it - it's insane. You'd need to be on some oceans 11 + cybernetic robot super soldier type tip to break in. It's not happening. So you're thinking : Ok it's better than a bank but what about just holding it myself? Ya - I hold some myself in my home safe in case of an emergency with no notice. But when you see this place you'll quickly realize no safe in your house can compete. This is like a nuclear vaultec secure bunker. This is a place for the long term. I cannot recommend it enough. And the owner, Chad (yes literally. Like a true gigachad) is SO accommodating, helpful, and earnest. This is his full time gig: accommodating your deposits and pickups. And he takes it very seriously If you're in a situation where you want a private vault in this area, go here 10000%

I was in quite a state, and he graciously accommodated me and asked me how else he could help. He even offered to assist me in getting a car service lined up but I'd already set one in motion. Where else can you get that type of service and access? Knowing my belongings are safe, secure, and I can always get the best customer service is priceless to me. During a stressful and uncertain time, I was able to get in and out and on my way in less than hour. Thank you, thank you, thank you! He did not tell me that FB will only allow me to wire $3000/mo. of MY MONEY. FB has terrible rules regarding your money. This review is for Paul Marshall who was instrumental in getting my wife and I our first home…read moretogether. Paul was exceptional in every category you needed in a mortgage officer. 5 stars is honestly not high enough for what he did for us. He was efficient, honest and professional in everything he did. He made buying a home for the first time so easy and there were no hidden fees or strings attached! We left our original lender for Paul not only for his superb customer service skills, but also for what he did for us on our loan. He saved us over 0.50% off our loan rate and over 15k in our closing costs! So not only was he better and easier to work with, but he saved us money now and for the future! The cost savings Paul got us let us remodel our house to our liking, so our first home literally wouldn't be the same without him. Paul is without a doubt the best mortgage officer I've ever worked with or known and I would recommend him to all my friends and family members. Paul Marshall and Team - Thank you so much for everything!!!

Odd review for me - who writes a review about a bank? No one, but me and the three other people…read moreposted here. lol I'm motivated to write because of our experience with Santos Fernando Aloi. We went in for a home equity loan and had spoken with some random person on the phone. They'd assured us that our current loan would be closed out, paid off, and a new one opened in its place. Didn't happen. When we went into sign with Santos, they'd just extended the current line. We didn't realize it would mean much, so we didn't care. But Santos said we could get a better rate with the original plan. So, he took the time to explain that and work with us over the course of a couple of weeks to get the loan type and amount that would get us the best rate. He didn't have to do that. He could've taken advantage of our naïveté and coasted through doing little work. Instead, he chose to make his job harder to give us quality service. You don't see that kind of commitment very often anymore.

Basically calling me and my computer a liar. Now I have not heard a peep from them. This is so unprofessional- Do Not Bank with these people . Especially if you have an up to date Mac book. They obviously do not know what they are doing and they are dealing with peoples money. If you plan to use a MacBook Pro for online banking it probably is not going to work at this bank and they are too lame to fix the problem.
