After calling in to this location he was able to complimentary rush me a new card within 2 business days. He took it a step further and cobrowsed the US bank app with me, to show me how all the features in the app work. He opened up new features for me that I was not familiar with and gave me a thorough walkthrough of the app. Jose remained kind, professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire experience. He showed me how I can use my new card information in the app to apply the card to my recurring online payments without needing to wait the two days for the physical card. This has been by far my best experience with a bank so far and all of this took under 20 minutes.
