    Team Member Matthew Logan helped with a quote for a new Merchant Service. Our existing provider notified us that price increases were going to a fact of life and would happen rapidly, with no end in sight. Matt gave us a great deal, a firm deal, and then he came over and installed the credit card machine and trained my staff how to use it. He was able to keep all of our existing customer information from the previous provider, so we could continue to bill monthly without a delay or a hassle. He also told us how to properly terminate the service of the previous provider so that money would not fall between the cracks. Our new machine now accepts Apple Pay which is great! Thanks Matt for all of your hard work! I highly recommend him.

    Excellent customer service from Brian!!! I was promptly greeted by a staff member upon arrival,…read morenice touch. This branch location is old, but they refreshed their interior layout, and it looks so much better. I came in to clear out the contents of my safe deposit boxes, that I've had at this location for 6 years! There was a 5-10 minute wait to receive assistance to gain access to the vault area. Brian was exceptionally helpful! As of July 2026, Please be aware that ALL Chase Bank locations are phasing out offering safe deposit boxes, and they have begun starting to notify customers with safe deposit boxes currently, need to go and retrieve their contents and close their boxes. If you don't get your belongings out by a certain date, the state will take possession and then it will really be a problem for you! If you're out of state, and have a box in California, you must come in person and not over the phone! If you have any safe deposit boxes at any Chase Bank Location, I strongly suggest contacting Chase and enquire about how to go about getting access and by what date. Also, please have your safe deposit box keys, remember your PIN, and your ID ready! If you lost your key, the bank may or may not charge you to gain access to your box, and it will be a lengthy wait to get a special locksmith to open your boxes! I don't know how old this branch location is, but it looks like around the 1970's on the outside of the building. Again, excellent customer service and I had no issues with anything or anyone. Highly recommended!

There weren't many people inside, but it was pretty early, this location is fairly large and has ample covered parking spaces too. The teller I interacted with was pleasant and friendly.

I have some friends, family and clients in this area so I'm in this area quite often when…read moreI'm visiting them, but I try my best to avoid actually going inside this bank because of how poor they treat their customers inside. As others pointed out this location often has only one person working the teller by their self and even if the line gets real long the other employees do not offer to help that one teller out leaving all of us in line for a very long time with no help in sight! I've heard numerous times that this bank caters to WHITE people first and foremost from many people of color who always complain and I saw a lot of people of color always upset/complaining about discrimination or how they are not provided with any decent respect because they are not white. That short bald fat Latino looking man(or he could be Persian or middle eastern?) seems to be some type of manager but again he does not help the one teller out who's handling the big long lines all by his self/her self. This same short bald fat Latino looking man always helps white people first even if they are in the back of line, maybe it's because he assumes they are depositing larger amounts? Or God knows why he would do that? Whats funny is me being a person of color and 3 other people in line all NON WHITE as well we all own businesses and even have business accounts with Chase, but he assumes the White person in line is some how more special and important than the rest of us even though we actually own businesses and have business accounts with Chase and we were in front of the white person he goes to help before even looking our way! CHASE do you not have anyone better to manage this location? Perhaps someone who's actually qualified and professional enough not to discriminate against NON White people? CHASE please manage this location better and always have multiple tellers working and helping each other out. This location also never says hi to you or waves to you or smiles at you like most of the other Chase locations do. It's similar to walking onto a shady used car lot where NO ONE has your best interest at heart as soon as you set foot into this place. CHASE send in a secret shopper into this location and see for yourself just how bad it really is!
