Why am I not banking here?!?…read more I came in today to pay off my car loan in full and the process could not have gone better! I bank with Chase but the loan was through Wells Fargo. I was greeted right away, I was sat down and we got right to business. I believe her name was Nireya (sorry if I'm butchering it), she was fantastic! She called the dealer service and got every last bit of info I needed. We opted for the right transaction method for me and then I went off to the teller to hand in a check. He was super nice too! I've never seen such happy people at a bank! I've dealt with my fair share of banks too. He was super helpful and even congratulated me on finally paying off my loan. I'm definitely gonna keep an eye out on any specials to start a checking account here. There's plenty of parking too, the drive thru is super convenient as well. Can't wait to bank here!

They're informative and honest when I've been here to ask about loans or when opening accounts. Only time I've ever had an issue with the ATMs is when it wouldn't receive any more deposits for the day. Yet, that's not an issue because they have easy access to other on site ATMs.

They forget certain forms and over do unnecessary procedures at other times. Most recently I needed a bank check. They had just changed out their printers and had to hand type a check for me. Unfortunately, they didn't know how to write the dollar amount on the check. They are just lucky that I am the honest type. It just took me 30 minutes to get out of there and it was 30 mins I did not have. Look elsewhere if experience is important.

We never bothered to remove my name now that they are adults. My younger daughter is mentally ill and got tricked on social media and ended up getting scammed. Her account went -$2300. I called Bank of America to file a claim, and to let them know she was scammed after a few weeks they zeroed out the negative account and closed it. , Which was fine. Today we realized that they went into my other daughters account and took the $2300 from her account! She had nothing to do with the scamming and it's only because my name was on all three of our accounts, and I didn't have enough money in my account. I guess so they took it from my older daughter. I've been a loyal customer for more than 20 years and neither me nor my daughters did anything wrong. We were the victims of a scam by some stranger and we are now the victims of robbery by Bank of America because they stole $2300 from my Daughter's account. There is so much more that I could tell you. I was on the phone for three hours the other day, trying to straighten this out with four different associates, and each one of them had a different story to tell me and none of them really made sense. today when I called I was given more miss information I'm disgusted and so angry! My older daughter had nothing to do with this and they had the nerve to go into her account and take $2300 because my mentally ill daughter got tricked online by some scammer.
