    Long line with one window is crazy! They're kinda slow here most of the time. It's best to find another bank if you running on time. No one even comes to the line to try and see if they have to go to the window.

    Please be good to me! I just left Wells Fargo due to their random, unexplainable monthly fees. Had a bad experience with BOA as well so I decided to try Chase. Came in and was greeted by Morry. She was so sweet and helpful! She walked me through the process of opening my accounts and credit card. Explained thoroughly the benefits of each credit card in order for me to know which one would fit me best. Overall it was a good experience. Hope to stay with Chase for a long time!

    They did not offer this elderly lady a seat. She waied 30 mins until she got to front. She was shaking.

    This branch is literally managed and staffed by morons. I've had nothing but issues since US Bank…read moretook over this branch and the customer service has hit an all time low. Line is always long and the wait is even longer. I remember the days when the manger would actually step up and lend a hand to the tellers to take straight deposits and withdraws, not this branch. The manager will either sit there and stare out at the line and when he gets up all he does is try to point people to use the ATM's. I came in to add my wife as a signer to one of the many accounts that we have housed here and I had to leave to make an appointment even though the woman banker was sitting there on her cell phone. Made an appointment and came back about two weeks later and the same banker seemed confused and flustered and still didn't know how to relay the information from the people on the phone to us so she said sorry we can't do this and then literally told me next time put more information on the appointment so I wouldnt waste here time. I knew she was wrong and that it could be done so I made another appointment at the Manhattan Beach branch. Low and behold the gentleman that we spoke with was confused as to why it couldn't get done and did it. Moral of the story, avoid this branch at all costs.
