This bank is located on a super busy corner on Main Street. I was there over the weekend and was dismayed at how unkempt the ATM area was. The floors were all sticky and dirty and not just one spot...the whole floor! There was also garbage and receipts strewn about. This bank used to be kept nice and tidy and was always clean but lately, it's become pretty run down. I saw a security person on duty (off hours) which they never had before but I think it is be of the amount of loiterers seen there recently. read more

Not their best location. As is in the middle of Flushin Main street, gets very busy. Expect to do lines, and wait. Not their cleanest location either. They do have multiple chinese speaker available, but no spanish when I visit. If you like the Bank lollipops they provide a personalized one. They offer all the services and they have like 5 ATM indoor outside the bank 24 h available. Staff is polite as expected in any bank. If you can avoid the location I would. If you are around l, just know that you might take longer that in any other Chase location but they will have the job done. This branch is always appears hustling and bustling busy with patrons in and out of the ATM foyer area, waiting for teller service, or projecting inquiries at customer service. Teller service was efficient to process my banking transaction and customer service was attentive to administer me the branch's business card. Teller service line is always packed but moves fairly moderately. With nine fully functioning ATM machines in the foyer area the line always moves moderately. One pet peeve of mine about banks in general is that I've often had to wait on long lines between 12 pm-2 pm, when many people are taking time from their lunch hour, and there are only 2 tellers (sometimes 1) working!! I'm going to give this Chase branch 4 stars, just because they had 4 tellers available to customers. The line moved quickly. I got a teller that was quick and polite. Admittedly, there was a bit of line to see the customer service rep, only 1 person. The branch itself is large, with many ATMs. It's very easy to find on the corner of 39th Avenue & Main Street. If you need to do some quick, simple banking transactions, this is a good place to go. read more

This Chase location is massive and might be one of the easiest banks to spot along Main St. I expect nothing less in any of the 3 Chinatowns, all of which have respectively large branches, but this might be the biggest of the 3. All of the essentials of a good bank are here: Real quick and polite customer service, multilingual (Spanish, Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin, Fukinese, and Shanghainese wow!), spacious, and an impressive bank of ATMs with as many as 10 individual machines. Sure there are lines on the weekend and it's busy, but getting questions answered and being serviced is a cinch here. My biggest complaint is the fact the lobby or ATM area is always riddled with crumpled receipts and random pieces of paper (mainly flyers). A minor pigsty is a turn off for any customer visiting a bank and hence a 1 star deducation is a must. The irony is I tend to view Flushing as the cleanest Chinatown, but with the dirtiest Chase! What's sad is even the Manhattan Chinatown branch can maintain a cleaner space. read more

The teller services is the worst bank that i never see. I was waiting for 15mins to speak a teller. Then, i told teller my saving account was charged 2000 dolar. He said you can make a call by yourself. So, i called and solve problem by myself. He just sat there play cellphone. I try to avoid this Chase bank at all cost. Because it's in a prime location, it's always very busy. The lines to see a teller (as well as atm machines) are always long. Some of the staff also don't speak english fluently or clearly. read more

It does not matter if you are a private client or not, you still have to wait over 20+ minutes on customer service line in order to sign in. Then, you would need to wait another 20+ minutes, for you to wait for a banker to open up the safe deposit box for you. This needs to be improve ! read more

My wife and I've been a loyal CPC customer of Chase bank for past five years. Their good services, considerable staffs and thoughtful investment advices make their bank our first prioritized bank to put our money in and seek assistance when necessary. But to our surprise, on the date of 29th September 2019, we experienced a very poor service at the bank located in main street Flushing Queens New York (Downtown Flushing branch: 39-01 Main St. Flushing NY 11354). Since our CD is about to be on the due date, my wife and I decided to extend it and add more money into it. It was a prompted decision, so we didn't make any appointment beforehand. However, there's barely any staff upstairs at CPC section so we went downstairs asking for help. After seeing no staff at the front desk, we decided to fill in the waiting list form. Suddenly, an employee (name: Ye J ling) shouted at us like "WAIT!"in mandarin with an extremely terrible attitude while she was nicely helping a customer of other race/nationality at ATM. After that, she rudely told us we need to wait in the list for at least 30 minutes in a line to get our things done even we are CPC clients because it was Sunday and we didn't make an appointment. We noted her attitude was very different from how she treated other clients with other races. Not until we spoke English to her, did she finally turn her attitude better and showed her smile. We were both shocked and disappointed to have been treated in this way and hope the bank should be made aware of their employee's actions. Firstly, we are not comfortable and even feel sick about her attitude treating people speak her own mother/native language. We both live in a country with diversity and everybody should be treated equally. At least, she needs to learn how to build her own national confidence. Secondly, we noted from your official website that CPC service is open on Sunday. And we were told by our banker previously that we don't actually have to wait in the line downstairs to get services. We were very disappointed with the service we had on 29th Sep. We trust that this is not the way that Chase bank does business and they should mention our concern with Ms. Ye J Ling about the incident. We are open to discussing the matter further and should hope that the bank will respond with a solution to prevent this incident happening again. read more

Walking in here I half expected a chicken to fly into my face or to see someone stroll in with their oxen. This place is a zoo. That being said, the employees are super friendly an courteous. I even got walked out after I finished running what I thought would be a blah and miserable errand. Whodda thunk New York service providers could small talk so convincingly? I love this chase for it's super convenient location and very large vestibule with many ATM's. I've never had a very long wait here, and there is a full service bank just behind it with lots of tellers. The ATM's are of course open 24/7, and it's super close to MTA and parking. read more

If I got a choice, then i rather go back to canal st chase bank. The girls who work here told me to wrap my coins and dont come when its pack with people, the problem is that i never encounter anything like this in another bank for years till i came here. And ontop, i only gave her $3 of quaters, now i am expected to save till its $10 of quaters and that will take me forever. Till i saw her count them, then i realized she had to stack them in rolls and had to recount them 3 times, then i realize she just slow at counting. Today, i went in and drop my withdrawal sheet, another girl named YOHANA #6 cashbox looked at me and gave me an additude. She said "what can i do for you?, and oh and you got to swipe the card yourself." I said, "ok....withdrawal....?" She toss my money back at my end, and when i am counting the money at the counter to be sure its the right number. She said "next please x2." They dont gave the respect, and on top there is only one person on line. She didnt have the need to rush me. Stay away from this bank, there is a few more in 2 block radius. read more
