I brought all the documents with me and she took copies and said I would require another appointment while she researched how to process with my name change after getting married. She said she would get back to me. 2 weeks go by and I called and left a message for her. I am pretty patient at this time but how long can she need? Another few days pass and I speak to someone who says she is not in that day but she would have her contact me. That was early September and never any follow up while she has copies of my marriage license and grandmother's death certificate. From their website page for that location, Manjola is the bank manager. I have serious questions if the bank manager didn't know how to process what has to be a pretty commonplace request and also is not concerned with follow up. She had asked me if I wanted to transfer the cd and open a checking account there. No thanks. I use Bank of America and they take great care of me.

They were so difficult to work with, and I was so dissatisfied with their Reps, that I insisted on making a change. I was told by someone in authority at Wayne County that I could opt out of the 457 Plan, and transfer my assets to an IRA. I chose Charles Schwab - Great Choice! Although Prudential cheated me as I left by selling my positions w/o my permission, Schwab has proved to provide the perfect choice for me, given my Investment strategies, and level of knowledge. Now, I use nothing but ETF's. In 2022, I broke even, when the S&P was down almost 20%, and the SH inverse S&P ETF was my biggest profit-maker! As I approach my 75th Birthday, I've achieved a 13X, that is, multiplied my NAV by 13 times, from its low in March of2009! Never could have done that with either of the prior 2 firms. After I did my usual banking, I asked her a question about something I was having trouble with and she sent me to speak with Matt in his office. I was excited to speak with someone else, but once I met Matt, I would have never wrote a poor review about this branch, till I met Matt. I would have been fine with just the woman and I don't know what his issue was, but Matt was just weirdly rude to me. He did solve my problem with my card, so I'll give him that, but for some reason, he just kept belittling me and talking down to me. I have no idea why, but he's the reason I wanted to write a poor review. Since this branch is close to my work, I'll probably be back once in a great while, if I really need to. But I won't need to do anything but deposit funds, and if I do, I'll go somewhere else.
